Very very bad experience

Made a purchase Nov29 paid express shipping to use the item on a trip. A week after, no confirmationn of shipment.  

After multiple emails,  staff finally replied saying it will take a while.  

Dec 11, 2 Days before my trip,  Staff said item is ready. 

Asked the staff to hold item and ship after Christmas so it would arrive on our before january 2 To prevent porch theft because i am on a trip. Staff agreed.  

January 3 came and still no item received.  After multiple emails. Jan 6, Staff replied saying item is now out of stock.  And will take a couple more days for item to be available again. 

Canceled the order instead. 

Your staff lied to me.  Terrible customer service!!! 

I recently ordered and received my shipment. I am completely satisfied with entire process...thank you Vavcraft! A genuine quality piece: fine leather, well constructed, and extremely supple leather. I shall order additional pieces in the very near future.

I bought a backpack nearly two weeks ago, and despite the website saying it would ship within three days, customer service keeps telling me it’s still being made. The responses feel inconsistent and don’t sound genuine. After seeing so much negative feedback here about their shipping, I’m now worried I may have been scammed.

Looked at alot of wallets online liked the design the color the fact that it will only look better with time! Wallet came exactly as advertised right down to the stitching. I would definitely recommend!

Delivery hasn't been received despite having received a tracking number. The shipping company hasn't received the package.
Multiple attempts to contact the company have resulted in no response or a "canned" response.
This is not a company that one should be doing business with

Poor poor company , over 3 weeks “processing “ and every time I reach out they say they are busy and trying to expedite the delivery.

Seems like a total scam to me . Going to my CC company for a refund .

Would not recommend.

Customer service is really bad. I did not receive the wallet I paid $70, after complaining 5 times with no resonse they finally said they would reship the product. This still has not happened. Their head office in the UK is a cafe so that says it all.

This is such a great quality wallet. The craftsmanship is unmatched. It has top of the line leather that was delicately designed into this magnificent wallet. The scent of the leather is totally on point. I could smell it over and over all day long. It made such a great gift too. I definitely recommend it!

This company is a scam- DO NOT purchase a wallet. I purchased an 89.00 dollar wallet, and the invoice clearly said the product was returnable with a full refund. When I received the wallet, it was two pieces of leather sewed together and could not accommodate 4 credit cards. I went to the company website and had to send a request for a return, noting the reason why. I received a return email with a code that stated I would hear from the company in a few days and be sent information on how to return the wallet. No such information came, there was no response to follow-up emails, and no one ever answered the phone on their customer service number. Most of the reviews on their website are clearly repetitive reviews from the same person.
