Fantastic service
Fantastic service, all staff were very helpful.
I had an issue with my vape that was 4 months old, they took my details and sent the vape off to be repaired. Ended up giving me a brand new boxed vape free of charge a few days later.
Very pleased.

This is a decent store, friendly staff and they have a good level of stock, sadly they often don't have the flavour i need.

Females ID’d unless you’re accompanied by a male and aren’t dressed in farm/harper student wear
Service here seems to depend on who is working. The two older staff members are always polite and helpful, but the younger lad is very inconsistent with ID checks. He’ll serve me without ID when I am with a person he knows or I am with a male, no matter who I am with I could still be underaged, and then other times will assist me with everything I need get to the till to pay and then asks for ID, wasting my time. If ID is required, it should be checked consistently rather than judging customers based on appearance whether or not I am dressed in joggers and a hoodie or wellies and a tweed coat. Numerous times I have felt judged by this man so will no longer be spending my money here to only get served and not have to have my ID on me all the time only when I’m accompanied by a male.

I have now received an email from Vaypa Port explaining my emails had gone to their junk inbox. They sent out new capes which arrived the next day with a few extras in. I do believe the issue is with Evri but their comment was to contact Vaypa Port which I did. This has now been rectified and so stars have been altered from 1 to 4 due to their taking care of the order.
I ordered three liquids a few weeks ago. They were due on Monday 9th December. It is now Thursday 19th December. I have sent emails to find out where said liquids are but no response from the Vaypa Port team on a refund or sending out others. Very disappointed as was recommended them by a friend.

We are really disappointed to see that you have still not received your vape liquids. These were sent out on Thursday 5/12/24 & we are currently emailing Evri to ascertain why your parcel is still in transit
However, we have not received any emails from yourself to make us aware that your parcel has not been received
You can see by the tracking number H01M8A0061530767 it still shows in transit & should have by now been delivered, we can only apologise & as a gesture of goodwill will replicate sending out your order again today with Royal Mail tracked & signed for, however please aware at this time of year parcels are taking a little longer to be delivered. I am hopeful you will receive this parcel prior to Xmas

Purchased bubblegum ivg liquid flavour is great cheaper than were I normally purchase this product and the delivery was very fast.
