Wow, what an incredible place this is. After my clinical team referred me to Vanilla Blush Nic was very quick to get in touch and arrange an appointment. When I got there it was beautifully presented and such a nice welcoming team. Nic's manner immediately puts you at ease and her understanding of your medical, aesthetic, and emotional needs are outstanding. Her product knowledge and the way she has of explaining why things are done in a certain way gives you absolute confidence that you are in great hands. The stock range was considerable and extended far beyond my expectations. I came away feeling great and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Vanilla Blush

The experience was great
The experience was great. Staff answered emails quickly, the underwear I ordered are of excellent quality and very well made.
I did run into a bit of a problem due to size. My refund was made without hesitation or questions.

Customer service 5* Product 1*
Customer service was amazing, the lady on the phone was so warm and welcoming.
However the product i use and was provided are the only reason this is a 1 star review, the product was a hernia belt, it did not work in the slightest and with a parastomal hernia it is important for me to have that comforting yet safe fit. The belt kept slipping down even at its tightest, and it was incredibly small in width so It didn't actually support my hernia in that respect either.
