Service: My jewelry order came to me packaged very well and I received my order in about 12 business days. I needed to connect with VCA Sale customer service twice during the process: once to change my order and once for help tracking my order. Both times the VCA Sale team responded promptly and were very friendly and helpful.

Product: I’m extremely happy with my items. The jewelry is well made, feels heavy/substantial and overall are very good dupes for the price. I’ve purchased dupes from other websites, and VCA Sale’s pieces are by far the best in this price range that I’ve experienced. The shade of gold in the VC&A and Cartier pieces I ordered is right, the diamonds are extremely sparkly and the mother of pearl looks exactly the same as my auth Alhambra piece. Also I received a really nice gold Alhambra necklace which is my new favorite as a free gift.

Would recommend VCA Sale to anyone looking to acquire great quality dupes at an affordable price. I’ve already ordered more Cartier and VC&A pieces since my first order, and am very excited to receive them.
