Skilled worker…

We had a builder accidentally cut through our internet connection. Within 24hrs of reporting the problem we had Eddie (Manchester engineer) call at the house. This was a man who knew how to do his job. Within just over 30 mins and working in 30degree heat he had resolved the problem. We were very impressed with him, he even brought his own overshoes so as not to mark my new carpets.

Clint Murphy 10 out of 10. We have been messed around for weeks by…

We have been messed around for weeks by YouFibre and struggled to communicate with them. Live chat is slow and calling them is next to useless as the people on the phone just tell you very little and say you need an engineer .They have booked multiple engineer appointments only to book them incorrectly resulting it wasted time and time off work. Very disappointed with what the high quality BRSK has turned into. Can't be sure why it's suddenly so bad after changing the name to YouFibre.
Anyway, after all that hassle , today Clint Murphy Birmingham Maintenance turned up from VEA Telecoms to fix our problem , he was so pleasant and polite and explained what the issue might be and got to work , he was in and out in less than 45 minutes and told us what the issue was and fixed it. YouFibre owe this man alot of gratitude for being on the frontline for them , we are very grateful for him at this house after having no stable internet for weeks .10 out of 10 for Clint Murphy , he is highly recommended.

Sajid and Mdu came last week after problems with my speeds (was still getting 1000 instead of 2000) I'd been back and forth with YouFibre support for over a week, but got no where.

After a quick helpful check over things, they confirmed I wasn't getting the correct speeds. They contacted someone who immediately migrated me over to the correct speeds.

Couldn't praise them highly enough, friendly/helpful.. and despite the very hot temperature that day, they were still very pleasant and keen to help.

Absolutely disgusting company worse…

Absolutely disgusting company worse place any engineer could ever work expected to work untill 10 11 pm at night get given 3 jobs extra at 5pm and expected to do them management very very poor spoken to like your rubbish very abusive on the phone also pay is always delayed also like to deduct wage for no reason at all call the police on you because certain tools weren't left on the vehicle no b9dy knows any jobs correctly neto.nia and brsk had the best idea dropping them as again not a very nice place to work management drinks at the office all the time also gives roles out with no further training get given trr jobs at 2 30 in the afternoon expected to get them done before 5pm also expected to go down chambers on your own with no second man and also no confined spaces accreditations anyone out there stay well clear

Sajid and Wilkinson came to repair my broadband and they where here quickly and sort the issue out. They went above and beyond to ensure I had my broadband working for the weekend. I am so grateful they did a wonderful job

Lost all service about a week ago

Lost all service about a week ago. Called when it went off. Only just got appointment today. Lost faith in you fiber but sajid and mdu were awesome and sorted issue quick
