Amazing product, I'm candle manufacturer there raw material is too good, my client loved the fragrance

The customer care assumes that the customer calling them is dumb. I placed an order on 13th at 11 pm. The very next morning around 10-11 am I wrote to them to either cancel an item or change X to Y. They never wrote me back until I called them at 4:30 pm of 14th pm.

They said it's been over 6 hours! How 6! I wrote to them at 11 am for an order that was placed late night at 11 pm. Working hours been just 2... they did not bother to write back and now saying trash. It shows how genuine or trashy a brand is.

Not using them again. Any business needs bankable partners not like these ... Who lack principles and customer relationship.

I ordered 29 oils and I received 9. All 9 oils in bent aluminum bottles with blank labels.order# 2571

I was always looking for export quality essential oils and I am happy I found vedaoils.

The essential oils are extremely fragrant. I’ve used other brands and other companies too. But the fragrance of the products of Veda Oils is a class apart. It’s worth the price. I recommend all to buy the products.

Ordered rosemary essential oil. Received some oil mixed with camphor.

GET IT ON TIME AND SAFE.

Scam. With 40 years of experience with true, pure essential oils, what I received were bottles of some kind of clear, watery solvent-like fluid, with perhaps a hint of the essential oil they were supposed to contain. I purchased vanilla (smells like vomit with an undercurrent of vanilla), Bulgarian rose (vaguely flowery), lavender (can’t even describe what it smells like, but nothing remotely like lavender), frankincense (also a vague mysterious scent), ylang ylang (smelled just the slightest bit like actual ylang ylang), and a few more, all equally awful. And no, I don’t have Covid, and my sense of smell is as acute as always.

I’m curious to see if they even bother responding to my email requesting a refund and that these items are returned.

In the meantime, I closed them back up, and still my whole house reeks of this bizarre clingy perfume scent simply from being opened for five seconds each. Then my adult daughter and I both began sneezing, noses running…reacting to whatever the chemicals are!

I ended up putting them in double Ziploc bags and outside the front door to get them out of the house.

I don’t think they’re even usable as ingredients for a bathroom/toilet spray…

I’ll blame menopause for not having thoroughly researched the company before purchasing, something I normally am a stickler for.

An expensive lesson $$$ 😢

I wanted to add to my order , it was very hard to get thru to someone. Took me 4 days to get my order amended another 3 to make the additional payment and after that i had to repeatedly mail to know if my order was on and what is the status.

i have not yet received my product.
it was supposed to be delivered by 30th June.
what more can i say?

I received all the products with proper packaging . Amazing quality of products . Thank u vedaoils

Great sealing. Great quality. Only thing I would suggest is please make the buckets lid the way it can be reused. We want to reuse plastic. Once the seal is broken, the lid is no more tight.

One item on the Order was missing. 2 of another were sent.

If more powerful oil is there in vedaoils means much better to me that product
