I'm using vedix because of i am loosing more hair fall but after using vedix i'm loosing even more and no proper customer service...completely fraud and wasted my money

I have ordered vedix products in jan 2025 worth of $79. Next month without any emails or notifications same products came to my home and they have cut $79 from my account and when I have tried to email them they replied once and then no reply from them about refund or why they have send products without any placed orders. I have checked the A/c which I have created on there website. I haven't given any consent to save my bank details or did any monthly subscription. Don't buy they are fraud.

I placed an order with Vedix on the 27th January for the offer they are advertising on the uk site. My account debited for £147 accordingly.
I have not received the order …been communicating with sravya Gadhada in support team for the past few weeks and has reported the order will be rectified but nothing.
They keep sending me the freebies in the order rosemary oil and informing me order has dispatched.
Need advice on how to take this further to resolve . Very unprofessional.
I have been their customer for past 2 years and surprised to be receiving such appalling responses.

My friend recommended Vedix to me and seeing the result of this and I personally feel very best for using it since 2022 and I got better result so I recommend all of you to purchase vedix products for your benefits👍🙏

Good Prodcuts, using since 5 months....hairfall bahuth kam hogaya

Terrible !!!!!!!1 cancelled my subscription twice now. And they’ve still took payments. This was a year ago. For some random reason they have taken a payment of £39 yesterday!! Can’t sign into my account says my password is wrong, I reset it yet don’t receive an email to reset it. I’ve sent an email no reply. Spoke to an online person thing nothing has happened. Absolute scam

Very very poor customer service I placed my order more than 2 weeks back sent multiple emails no one reached out from the company they are refusing to call me at my number as per my request there is no phone number where we can call I am wondering if this company is a sham I am going to escalate to the media it’s been a terrible experience

Wedix is a total scam . I can"t unsubscribe because the page is constanly down. They charge bank account withaut autorization.

Customer service is awful. If I can only give it a zero, i will. I almost feel like this company is a scam. They charge you upfront but they do not deliver the product and if you asked what the status of the order, they cannot give you an honest feedback. I asked for the tracking information, they are going in circles like they send you the same automated emails. As of typing this, I have not received my order yet. It is running 2 months now.
