Nice range but asking for a tip is cheeky
Nice range or products but when you are paying a premium for the products it's rather cheeky to ask for an tip for the independent businesses creating the products. Surely pricing items right means this is not needed.

Great selection of vegan chocolate
Ordered some of the Catherine’s Originals chocolate selection box and some other bits just before Christmas, really pleased with everything I ordered . Will be ordering from VeganTown again!

Trustworthy
Reliable, great products, very responsive to questions. I didn't see a way to include a gift card which would be nice, but otherwise this has been a great source of holiday gifts for my vegan daughter!

Great service and products. Less plastic packaging, please!
An excellent service and range of products. I had one issue only- the first box arrived with tissue paper in the box around the chocolate items but the second one contained plastic bubble wrap. I would prefer less plastic packaging.

Delivery was very quick. Could have been packaged better as some chocolates were squashed, hence 4 stars. Would order from them again though.

Replaced an item without notice
The delivery was quick and the chocolates were good. However, they ran out of one of the chocolates I ordered and sent a replacement without consulting me. I wouldn't have chosen the alternative chocolate and they should have asked which replacement I would like if any.
