I ordered the one remaining vegan Lindt bunny and put in the notes that I really needed 3. They happily contacted me to let me know they had more in stock, which was great, so I bought the extra two I needed.

Ich habe eine Paket nach Deutschland bestellt, da es hier kaum Produkte aus veganen Fabriken gibt. Wegen Allergien, müssen wir auf Spuren von Milch und Ei verzichten. Das Paket ist unbeschädigt angekommen und wir sind sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten.

I was disappointed despite the fact that I clearly asked you not to you included an item with peanuts in.
The other items were lovely but the peanut item has made me wary of purchasing future boxes.

As mentioned to you via email, we do clearly state both on the hamper boxes and on our website that peanut-containing or products with peanut traces are possible. We do our best to meet customer requests but it's not always possible to meet allergy requirements. Excellent service. The email reminders for when items are back in stock made sure I was able to get what I wanted. My order was dispatched promptly and well packaged. I’m very happy and will definitely return again :)
