The shipping of my package was terrible . There was broken and damaged fruits. It's missing carrots as it was part of my order.

Callaloo was dried out completely upon arrival. A solution could be an expedited shipping and more cooler packs.

I really can’t complain my only issue is that my culantro a few of the leaves wilted. Lesson learned is that if you are having it shipped make sure that you are ready to use ASAP. I am going ro be buying again.

The shipping was fast. Packaging was excellent. The only red flag is that it says in website listing for the bananas that 1 unit is .5lbs & I purchased 40 units. I expected to receive 20lbs of bananas. I received 15lbs 3.1oz. The website needs to be more clear about what I will get when I order. When I purchase from another vendor I get nearly double the weight in bananas for the price I paid for these bananas. I would order from Vega Produce again when I am in a pinch & need bananas fast but I won't be a regular.

My arrived quicker than expected. The figs I ordered were in good shape. Most of it ripe and ready to eat. Some a little greener, but every couple days ready to eat. Taste was good. I will definitely order again.

My order arrived very fast! They even sent me an email stating it would be arriving later than expected but it was not late to me. The fruit arrived with ice packs which kept them cold until I got home. The fruits are delicious! I would order from Vega Produce again. 10/10 experience, I hope the packaging is different with larger orders. I was concerned about fruit getting smashed because the top of the box is only secured by the padding from the package.
