Once you get a bonus
Once you get a bonus, half the time the site freezes and you must reload. Again...half the time once I've got a bonus and I have a decent amount to play with, the site freezes. Why bother playing if the site needs to be "reloaded" quite often. Don't waste your valuable time. Pretty bad considering it's all fake and they still dick you around. 😕

Hi Greg,
We're sorry to hear that you had some freezing issues on some of the slots. Could you please get in touch and let us know more about which games you were facing issues with?
We can assure you that our team is working around the clock to ensure all 16,000+ of our slot games are online and working but sometimes things like this can happen.
We hope you stick around to play some more of our free slots!
Thanks,
Adam
Poor experience
I laly Ultimate X 10 hand without wagering. Thank goodness. I have never won after playing for at least 24 hours total (not consecutive). Holding 2 pair for a full house I have averaged 1 out of 40 conversions, and today i went 12 out of 300 - so I gave it a chance. i win at the casinos, but Ultimate X at this site seems different. Holding 4 to a flush or 4 to an outside straight results are so poor far outside the published odds. Is this sit e for real??

Hi Michael,
Ultimate X Poker is one of the most popular IGT slots on our site. The RTPs are all handled by the provider and you can find more information about it on the slot game page:

We hope despite your luck on the free slot that you still enjoyed your experience at Vegas Slots Online and would re-consider your 1 star in the future!
Thanks,
Adam

Play keeps getting interrupted by these goofy stamps who ever heard of stamps while you're playing r e e l games I build up a bunch of coins and they take them all back by not giving you any bonus rounds or any winning increments till you're down to zero and have to eat your way back up

Hi Bob,
I'm sorry to hear that you felt like the experience on some of the slot games wasn't up to your expectation. I'm not too familiar with the stamps you're referring to. Please contact us and let us know what the issue is in regards to that.
Our VSO coins can be refreshed as many times as you like so that you can simulate building up a balance in various of your favourite slot games.
Thanks for your feedback.
Adam
coins are too expensive. not enough payouts
coins are too expensive. 5 days a week the games don't pay out. the slots are imaginative. some of the slots don't work properly. i have been playing for five years and the pay outs get smaller and smaller. other online slots payouts are much better

Hi Vernon,
Thanks for your feedback. VSO coins are completely free, what are you referring to when you say they are too expensive?
Is it possible that you might be referring to another slot site with a similar name?
Please let us know and we'd appreciate if you could update your review if so.
Thanks,
Adam
Why did i get free money

Hi Miksu,
Vegas Slots Online is a free slots site. We provide all new members with VSO coins which are a virtual balance they can use to play their favourite games - still for free.
It's not real money, you can't deposit or withdraw the coins. No real money is involved in VSO coins.
If you have any more questions please let us know.
Thanks,
Adam
