I should have checked Trustpilot first. As others have said, this company uses their rule 5.7 as a way to scam. Minimum redemption 100 but they only pay you 25 & say its because you recieved a bonus.

Min redemption is 100. They dont tell you that until you make a purchase. So if you buy a 5 dollar deal (for 11.25sc!) on first purchase good luck getting that to 100 😄 🤣. Nooo chance.

DEAD SPINS OVER AND OVER! I purchased a deal you receive $39.99 as I paid $29.99! I hit $0.80 one time out of all of those spins from $0.50 to a dollar! I will definitely not be back!

I’m sharing this to warn others.

I initially won $5 from a promotional flip. After that, I deposited my own money into the account and continued playing. I was not using free promotional credits at that point — I was using coins I purchased myself.

After adding additional funds, I hit approximately $1,000 in winnings. Shortly afterward, my balance was reduced to nearly zero (around $0.18), with no clear explanation provided.

If a platform advertises “free to play” but allows players to purchase coins and win redeemable balances, there needs to be transparency about how winnings are calculated, restricted, or removed. If winnings can be voided after using purchased coins, that should be clearly disclosed upfront.

I have requested a full transaction breakdown and explanation. Until this is resolved, I would strongly advise players to carefully review the terms and understand the risk that balances may be adjusted or removed.

This so called social casino is a not only misleading by claiming no purchase necessary they also claim you dont win money but you do but you have to make a purchase. I won 1 dollar and change on free plays which was less then there maximum but with that dollar I won 177 they claim a 5:7 rule that anything won on bonus money you only get 25 dollars but it doesn't matter whether you make a purchase or not they only allow you to win 25 dollars so of you deposit 100 play it through and win you still only get 25 dollars no matter what its a scam huge misleading scam

So I was playing on free play and started to win. I purchased a coin package and continued to win then lose then win, lose. In the process playing more than what I won with free play. So when I got down to $100 i decided to cash out because I had lost 100. I put in for redemption and I get $25 and they returned my money from my coin package so they didn’t have to pay out!! So I ask if I win 20 in free play then purchase a package and go on to win $200 all I’m gonna get is 25? And yep that’s correct!! So wtf is the point of free play? I’m so sick and tired of these lowlife scams. I will never use this platform again. It’s just a way to not have to pay people. So let me be clear so that you really get it.

If you get daily bonuses that are 10 or 20 cents and you purchase a package to play. You win 300$ guess what? You’re only getting $25 why exactly you ask? Well because you have the daily bonuses in there of 10 or 20 cents. And according to their rules if you win using free play. 25$ that’s it. You have to buy coins and make sure your account is at zero. So I find it highly dishonest. Bad faith actors. You have been warned. Play at your own risk. I’d give only 1/2 star if I could and that’s only because I wasn’t tied up with support for hours. Lesson learned. I will NEVER play on this platform again.

If I could I would not vive them any stars. I was awarded 10 free plays. And I won nicely on it. So I went to redeem for my cash prize and upon doing so it stated that all my winnings were not available for redemption and I was ok with that. So the following day I checked my account and only a $25 payment of my winnings according to “THEIR 5.7 RULE”! was paid to me and they are now claiming that I forfeited the remaining balance as to there is nothing they can do. They are nothing but a huge scam and most of all thief’s. They are robbing us blind and something seriously needs to be done about this.

I tried this site last week. I redeemed 4 times and got the money in my account the next day. I actually get bonuses and win on this site. I will continue to play on it.

Support answers right away. It was easy to redeem. They limit 100 a day but I always redeem when I hit 100 anyways so that's fine for a casual player like me.

They screw you out of bonuses. Don't bother with the Vegas Nitro, they like to cut the time early and try to say you didn't make enough purchases. Even with timestamped receipts, they still tell you to get bent. Save your money and try McLuck or anything else really.

Never even got to try out. Created account on 1/19 played through free credits given didn't have any issues, got on everyday collecting couldn't even play sc after first day as it stated needed to verify clicked it and taken to account but no button to verify. Contacted support yesterday after trying to make a purchase inputted information and then black screen went back to a message stating I needed to verify before. Again VERIFICATION BUTTON IS NOWHERE TO be found. Contacted support and hours later no reply.
Got on this even to see they replied back stating I had multiple accounts so due to security reasons account couldn't be verified. Sent proof that I have only one account and it hasn't even been open but less than a week and asked what other supposed account was and if it was due to phone number I'd had it only few months and could send proof. Bought a $49.99 package, got it up to 281SC.

Upon redemption, they only refunded my $49.99 and gave me $25.

Because they decided that since I got maybe 15SC of dailies, that my money was all under their rule 5.7 which says my money was made with free promotional money.

By far the worst casino I've played on and I've played at all of the online casinos many times. Been playing for years and have never seen such horrible rtp. I just began playing at vegasway online casino about 4 days ago. I did well on the free spins they offered and I have collected my .20 and .10 cents of daily free play.
Last night and today, I have accumulated $250.00 in winnings. So I wrote to customer support to ask about min. cash out amount and how to verify my Id.
They wrote back saying I need to have $100.00 balance and make a purchase to verify and cash out. Then they said that I could only cash out $25.00 of winnings won with free play.
So, I haven't made a purchase yet.
But I guess I will.
Then I'll verify.
Then I'll let you know how it goes.

Here's how it went:
-Purchased the $4.99 coin package.
-Completed the ID verification through sumsub.
-It said they would need to do a manual verification and it could take 24 hours.
-Went to the redeem page. My $250.00 balance was displayed as available to withdraw.
-But I found that there is a $100.00 limit per day cash out for people who have deposited less than $100.00.
- I didn't initiate the withdrawal because of the manual verification not being done yet...
Ok. So I know I have to wait to finish verification before I proceed with cash out, and I decide to play some more.
And I play 2 or 3 games and suddenly the screen goes black and it says player disabled on the bottom of the screen really quick then back to black.
I reload and can't sign in.
My password has been disabled.
Then I get a notification from my card company that a refund has been issued for my purchase at vegasway.
So. They do not intend to pay if you win.
They kick you out, block your account, and probably won't reply to emails.
So they are liars.
False advertisers.

They are contract breakers.
They are scammers.
They are dishonest.
Vegasway is a scam, it is NOT a real casino.
They should have to pay me my hourly wage for my time they wasted in damages for their violations of several business codes.

Many companies have to pay damages to customers for violations of the laws governing business practices.
Vegasway and their affiliates should to. (as mentioned in another review, their affiliated casinos have the same dubious illegal practices)
Any business that is in violation of business and profession acts and codes is guilty of a crime.
I recommend they be reported to the attorney general's office in your state.
I'm reporting them to mine.

(In California-we only have 40 days left to play at online casinos. I don't have time to waste!)
