Hi there, thanks for the feedback and thank you also for the email that you sent us. Just to confirm what we've said via email - we're sorry that your order arrived a day later than expected, we've reviewed our internal systems and how our drivers communicate to cover this circumstance so that this hopefully does not happen again. Glad the produce was excellent, our customer service is very much at the heart of what we do so appreciate the feedback
Excellent!
Have used them weekly for over 3 years now I think. Good quality products at a reasonable price and lasts so much longer than supermarket fruit and veg. Lovely delivery drivers. Would highly recommend.

The winter box was amazing
The winter box was amazing, the freshness of the veg compared to the supermarket is incomparable. As a chef and a home foodie I always love the freshest ingredients, being able to cut off greedy supermarkets and put money back to the farmers is what its all about.

What's not to love
I am always very pleased with my orders from VegBox, from ordering to delivery is made very easy, the produce is always very fresh and much better than you can get at a supermarket and I like that I am supporting local farmers and growers. My delivery man is always very friendly and helpful, what's not to love.

I wouldn’t buy anywhere else
Slightly expensive having to pay the delivery fee, as I only really buy the eggs but I wouldn’t buy them anywhere else. Lovely, good quality eggs, delivered to my door every fortnight.
