“First-Class Consultation and Service”
I recently had a consultation at the Vein Centre about having my varicose veins removed, and I have to say I was really impressed with the whole experience.
Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and professional, and everything was explained clearly without feeling rushed or pressured. I left feeling really reassured and confident about going ahead with the treatment.
And a special mention to the receptionist, who even made me a fresh double espresso while I was there — a lovely touch and very much appreciated! ☕️😂
Overall, a great experience so far, and I’m looking forward to getting the treatment done. I would definitely recommend the Vein Centre to anyone considering treatment for varicose veins.

Good medic , the rest needs quite some upgrade
I found the specialist was good and the 2 nurses were excellent but the front of house ( receptionist ) , lack of WiFi, expectation that it’s OK to be more than half an hour late because it’s the afternoon (!) with the knock on problem of car parking running out and not being able to update it because there’s no WiFi. It left me feeling like the NHS would have compared well against it, but just in the admin side honestly

Very clean and professional but didn't work
Very Clean facilities and most of the staff were really friendly and accommodating but the treatment didn't work. Had 3 treatments (microscelerotherapy) and still have all my thread veins. Very disappointing after spending so much money. Was told it might work on the first attempt but could take 2-3, but actually 3 hasn't worked. ☹️

I can’t fault the care I was provided but I have only just had the procedure done so can’t comment on results!

My consultation was very informative.
My consultant explained everything very well, some of the information was really surprising. I have decided to go ahead and have booked the procedure which should take an hour, with after care as needed. It's a real benefit knowing the cost too. I may not have proceeded if that wasn't the case.

Great staff / good results so far!
Staff were really nice. I was nervous during tmt and they were very understanding and helpful. Seeing good results following the laser + foam injections but still a bit early to tell as my last injections were just over a month ago but the varicose veins have gone! Just got some skin staining on both legs which is slowly fading over time. So happy I got the treatment done.
