Friendly staff, and effective treatment the Vein Clinic…
I was nervous about my treatment,but felt reassured and relieved by my friendly Consultant Sarah and her able assistant Jenny. The treatments were explained fully to me, which put me at ease. I would definitely recommend the treatments offered, to any of my friends. I was treated at the Poole branch of the Vein Centre

Best decision I made in 2025 was to get my veins sorted!
I can’t recommend the Vein Centre in Poole highly enough. The service was fantastic from start to finish — efficient, professional, and incredibly reassuring. The team are so friendly and really put you at ease, and the follow-up care has been excellent. I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. As a 47-year-old woman, I’m so pleased I went ahead with the treatment and would 100% recommend it to anyone considering it.

I recently visited a vein clinic and was truly impressed by the exceptional level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, Jenny and Fiona.. made me feel welcome and at ease. The clinic itself was spotless, modern, and designed to put patients at comfort.
• Professionalism: Every member of the team was courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to explain each step of the process clearly, answering all my questions with patience.
• Expert Care: The specialist Mohammed demonstrated remarkable expertise, ensuring that my treatment was both effective and comfortable. I felt confident I was in the best hands.
• Personal Touch: What stood out most was the genuine compassion shown throughout my visit. I wasn’t treated like just another patient; they truly cared about my wellbeing.
• Results: The procedure went smoothly, and I’m already noticing positive improvements. The follow-up support has been excellent, with the clinic checking in to make sure I’m recovering well.
Overall, my experience was outstanding. This clinic combines medical excellence with a warm, human touch, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking vain treatment

Great informative consultstion
The ladies I spoke to were lovely and informative and looked after me very well when my low blood pressure got the better of me. They explained everything very clearly and I felt they had my best interests at heart. Very knowledgeable and friendly, looking forward to getting my treatment done :)

I was made to feel very welcome the minute I walked in the door.
I had a thorough consultation and scan of my varicose veins. Everything was explained regarding the procedures that I will be having.

Really can’t fault the team at Poole. Did a great job on my varicose vein. Explained the process and did what they said they would do. Excellent from first visit to final checkup. Super friendly.

My consultant and his assistant explained what was going to happen, and the scan was very easy.

I thought I was paying £100 for the…
I thought I was paying £100 for the consultation but I was charged an extra £150. £250 for 10 minutes. Definitely NOT worth it.

We make it clear at booking that a consultation is £250 with a £100 deposit and this covers far more than just a short appointment. You are seen by an expert vascular consultant, receive a detailed duplex ultrasound scan of both legs, and a personalised treatment plan. We believe this level of quality and care offers real value, especially when it comes to making confident decisions about your health. But we absolutely appreciate your experience seems to have differed from that and we are undertaking a review to understand more. Very informative surgeon and friendly nurse - could not fault them but i did not get follow up by the admin team after either procedure, only after first consultation hence why only 4 stars

A very friendly team- from reception to medical staff. Easy to ask questions and to get hold of on the phone. I have to admit I was nervous and they couldn’t have been more helpful! A successful procedure and a noticeable improvement!
