From start to finish the care I received from the vein centre in Sheffield was impeccable. Communication was thorough in term of organising and scheduling appointments and the kind care and attention was faultless.
I was fully informed of care to expect and how to self-care in between appointments.
The clinical team included Mr Nair and Nurse Angie were really friendly and kind, taking time and attention to all my questions and ensuring I was fully satisfied both with the procedures and the outcomes. In fact the follow up appointment exceeded my expectations as Mr Nair was kind enough to do a bit more work to ensure he was happy too. Just finished my treatment at Vien centre Sheffield. The team were very friendly and professional throughout , and the results are amazing !

My initial consultation was in May 2026 with Raj Nair at the VeinCentre in Sheffield. A very calming experience from the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I went back a week later for both the EVLA Bilateral & Sclerotherepy treatments on my unsightly varicose veins. I personally found the procedure quite painful but it was short lived and the team were very professional and constantly asked if I was alright and the after care was equally outstanding. I did have a top up at my follow-up appointment and now the bruising has almost gone, my legs look so much better. I am really pleased with the result

Staff and consultant very attentive and knowledgeable. Put me at ease and made us feel welcome. Explained everything clearly and answered questions and reassured me.

The consultant, assistant and receptionist were very friendly and put me at my ease. It was very informative but I was slightly disappointed that it's not possible to get the outcome i had hoped for. However I am still going ahead with the treatment.

I was treated by Mark Regi and his team in Sheffield, who made the whole process really easy. From start to finish very professional, no hard sell and all my queries and concerns were answered straight away. For me the treatment itself was pain free with mild discomfort during the healing process, no worse than muscle tightness after a hard gym workout.
I would definately recommend this treatment, I've been able to wear my shorts again during this recent heatwave.

Friendly staff

From the very first phone call, I was impressed with the professionalism of all the staff, the receptionist explained from the very beginning what to expect. To seeing the Dr and his healthcare assistant who explained what he was doing, as he was going along, making me feeling really comfortable and at ease. The procedure itself didn’t take too long and the pain was minimal for a week after,I would definitely recommend the staff at Sheffield.

I am surprised that my (bad) review has been obliterated and just wanted to say to any potential customers: do not expect miracles. Maybe it's my age, over 60, but it definitely didn't work for me at all. The consultant (Sheffield) was very polite, explained everything, the nurse kind and attentive. No problems there. However, having forked out over £700 with absolutely nothing getting better, I feel cheated. They were good in their response, gave me a free session...nothing again. I have before and after photos to prove my point. When I had sclerotherapy done before, at another place, a hospital in Sheffield some 20 years ago, it worked a treat. Not so now..

Just out of my follow up appointment after my treatment at Sheffield Vein Centre. My experience from booking the consultation at the end of March has been excellent. The process is simple, the information and content of all literature is very informative and the superb service from all the team has been amazing. I’ve had treatment for Varicose Veins in both legs, including EVLA & Foam Sclerothepy The treatment was quick and painless on both visits and whilst there’s mild discomfort the aftercare and experience has been exactly as the information described. A huge thanks to Dr Mark Regi, Angie & Nic who made me feel comfortable at every step and I would recommend their services to anyone because it’s been truly fabulous throughout. Looking forward to the final results in a few months time.

Excellent they really know what they are doing l've spent thousands on Sclerotherapy over the years and got nothing but l'm really hopeful for good resultswith the treatment l am receiving here with the excellent after care advice as well

Brilliant outcome
From first walking in I was treated with politeness and professionalism.
I was told explicitly what was to happen and how much it would cost.
After procedures were done aftercare was explained precisely.
Follow up appointment was quick and precise.
Dr Mark Regi, Hazel, Nic and all staff were exceptionally professional but had a sense of humour that put you instantly at ease.
All in all worth every penny to get legs that can be shown whilst on holiday ( in bathing costume or shorts ) or just shorter dresses/skirts.

I will give an honest review, because the outcome has been exceptional! Cost - Before you book, add ALL the costs up, 1st consultation through to follow up. Just be prepared because it is worth every penny but then no surprises! From consultation through to follow up, treatment/service has been excellent. After 1st treatment, in addition to the aftercare instructions, I took arnica, the bruises were expected, but oddly didn't hurt, whether they would have without arnica, I don't know, but personal choice. The only other advice I would give potential clients, is trust the process. I went in to it with an element of scepticism... my legs were BADand hurt! But the change is outstanding and the healing is still happening and outcome improves every week (3 months down) Many thanks to Dr Mark Regi, Tash and Nic from Sheffield clinic. Informative and friendly! Don't wait, people say 'I wish I'd done it sooner' and I concur. Do the costing and just get it done!
