Appointment was ahead of time and a welcome coffee was given on arrival. All staff were very professional and friendly and the procedure was explained fully at the initial consultation. On the day of the procedure I felt fully involved and enjoyed watching each step. A very relaxed and friendly clinic. Thank you Dr Wells. I will admire your skill when the stockings come off!

I made a follow up appointment at the Veincentre Stoke and was delighted to see Dr David Wells, and his team Liz, Angela, again. Always friendly and very professional. For anyone thinking of having treatment for problematic veins in their legs do not hesitate. My results are amazing.

Helped me alot was in sooo much pain with ulcers

My initial consultation was very honest, professional and friendly. My mind was put at ease. The treatment I required was not extensive. Today I had that treatment and all went very well. The Dr and staff were informative and reassuring. I do not require a follow up appointment but was given information if I felt I needed any questions answered. I was recommended by a friend and I don’t hesitate to pass this recommendation on. Thank you to all involved.

From the initial booking, initial assessment, treatment and after treatment appointment, I cannot fault any aspect of the experience.
All procedures are fully explained prior to treatment, and the staff put you at ease by explaining each step as it's happening.

I had a very lumpy varicose vein on my leg. I had excellent care from everyone at the Stoke on Trent clinic. Dr Wells did a fantastic job, the procedure was practically pain free and I had no difficulties afterwards. My only regret is that I didn’t have it done sooner.

Dr Krishnan, Liz and Ange were reassuring, very professional and made me feel at ease. The care and aftercare was also very good.
I'm still having treatment at the minute and results are visible already.

I went with bad bumpy veins on both legs and the outcome after 6/7 weeks is amazing they have almost gone and will only improve with time I'm told .
I would recommend this procedure to anybody who has big bumpy veins and you want them to improve and go with time
I did experience some discomfort after yet a followed the guidelines and I was able to phone them if I was concerned.
Overall I'm very happy with my veins and the care I've received.

I am a 65year old ,i had a vein burst in my leg,i couldn’t get an app on nhs ,so fortunately i could afford to go private.Well worth it ,got seen straight away,DrDavid wells and his team are fantastic they go above and beyond ,put you at ease straight away ,my legs are great now ,i walk without pain can’t thank them enough they are really great ,after care is also great always someone on the phone to help.thanks again regards joy(Holt).

Was nervous about vein removal after previously having them stripped in hospital some years ago, immediately put at ease by Dr Krishnan and his colleague Liz. Very professional and throughout the procedure was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Everything explained in great detail and can’t thank them enough for the successful treatment.

Very pleased with the results and speed of procedure that was done. A little painful during recovery but pleased to have had it completed.

Had EVLA and bilateral foam scleropathy in 2021. Returned the following year as I'd developed staining on the front of my leg shin. This has not faded in time. My legs now look worse than they did before treatment. I'm left with multiple thread veins on my calf and shin and even around my ankles. Would not recommend. Staff were however professional and pleasant.
