From the very start of my process to the lovely ladies at reception it was wonderful. The doctor explained everything very clearly and answered any questions I had. I had my initial assessment in May and decided to wait until my holidays were over. It was all very relaxed and I could not recommend Vein Clinic enough.

This (EVLA), is the most traumatic thing I have ever put myself through & I would not advise it to others.

Advertising suggests that you can get on with life from the very next day, and that the procedure is mildly uncomfortable & minimally invasive. This was not the case for me, and I didnt skip or swish out of the clinic showing off my fabulous legs! - Nor will I be doing so in the future, as they don't actually look much better.

I feel misled as to results and coerced into EVLA when my main concern was Thread veins. Yes - reflux in the veins was contributing to that, but I feel I have gone through several months of excessive discomfort for not much visual result.

I certainly couldn't continue with normal life from the following day, as advertised. I was in considerable pain and discomfort & had to delay my follow up treatment due to continuing sensitivity in my legs, 2 months later.

I raised concerns over the phone within the first 3 weeks, as I was experiencing extreme heat and redness in the leg & was advised it is normal and to continue ibuprofen.

I feel their aftercare process needs a little more attention to detail, and that their advertising is misleading.

I did send an email with my concerns, but after a week, have had no response, so I have duly filled in the trust pilot review, that was emailed to me within 5 minutes of leaving my follow up appointment.

I’m very happy with the treatment I had at the Newcastle vein centre. Everything went very smoothly from the initial consultation appointment to the follow up appointment at the end. The staff were all friendly, professional and put me at ease right from the start. The results are fantastic. I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner. Thank you.

I saw Prof Diamantopoules at the Woking clinic. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, explain everything & give you all the aftercare advice you need. Really pleased with the treatment so far & look forward to the end result. Easy to book and would definitely recommend treatment / Woking clinic.
