Somehow ended up buying the same report…
Somehow ended up buying the same report twice not sure if I refreshed the page or what, but two charges hit my card within a minute of each other. before I even noticed and emailed them about it support reached out and said they'd already spotted the duplicate and refunded one of them. Money was back on my card the next morning Didn't have to argue, didn't have to explain anything. Report was solid too but the way they handled the refund is what got me to come leave this
