Why do your details come up when I type in satnav connect & your address is same as theres?

I won giveaway competition.
They ask for my address. I give it.
After couple weeks I messege brand and it looks like my prize was returned back because brand team wrote my address wrong.
(its not my fault).

Basically its not about free stuff.

Its about how not responsable this brand is
Cant even imagine if I would pay for products and they send it somewhere else. Then get it back and dont even messege me about situation.

They are not very likely to messege back,
just ignoring my messege now.

Thanks so much for the samples. They were beautifully packaged and arrived sooner than I expected, which was great. They all smell divine!!!!

I placed the order on the 29March21 I didn’t receive till 13April21.I did have to chase the my order up a couple of times.
I bought Almond oil the label said Almond oil on the label. However when I looked at the ingredients list on the back of the container it said 100% Avocado oil.
The bottle had leaked and the colour of oil was near to clear.
There was no perfume at all.
I find their labelling needs addressing.
The Velvetbio team were polite when I requested a refund and were true to their word.

The sample pack was delivered quickly and I had to try it straight away.
I had been fighting pregnancy related skin problems for a year and VelvetBio cleared my face in a matter of days. I'm now mad about the range and very grateful I found it.

The packaging is very nice. There is quiet a lot of it for a tester which is very good. Safe cap. No leakage. It is very safe around the lid so that small children couldn't open it. The liquid itself doesn't stink but doesn't have a strong smell eighter. It absorbs into the skin very well. It's nice and soft to the touch. I tried it on the face and doesn't seem to give any allergic reaction. I'm glad that it's organic and suitable for vegans and vegetarians. I am very happy and am already looking at other types of oils from the same company.

This oil is amazing, it's rich but not heavy and has so many great uses. Lovely as a leave in conditioner, great as a moisturiser for the face and works really well on eczema. There is virtually no scent which is nice. The packaging is gorgeous and elegant. I highly recommend this oil for yourself or as a gift, you won't be disappointed. Very well packed and super fast delivery. I'm delighted.
