VELVETEEN CARE curtain & blind cleaning  Avis 

The company never returned our curtains after 6 weeks of waiting to be cleaned. They took five curtains and replaced the bedroom curtains with very cheap quality curtains in order to clean our curtains in one week and re-hang them. We paid a deposit and agreed on delivery date, however, they never replied to calls or emails and never returned our curtains. Be cautious dealing with this company.

We had our curtains and blinds cleaned by VC during house refurbishments. They took down, cleaned, and stored everything for us and rehung after. The total cost was expensive, but still cheaper than other quotes we received. They also provided a few repairs and one reline gratis due to the size of the job. I don’t remember the names of the boys that attended our house, but we dealt with Michael from their office the whole time and we were generally happy with the service.

I needed my blinds cleaned urgently and luckily found Martin after making several calls to different companies with no success. Martin came over the same day and took them down and he returned two days later to rehang them, he also repaired the pull that was broken. They look new again, clean and sparkling and the price is so reasonable. I am so pleased. Excellent service. Would recommend and will be using Martin and his services in the future.

Martin did a lovely job on our curtains but they did not come back until 2 weeks later than expected and this, coupled with a lack of communication, made me worry that we never going to see them again.

Thankfully, Martin did eventually return them and had done a very good job including replacing the hooks with metal ones which I appreciated. He was also very helpful advising about the correct curtain rings and took care to steam clean them in position once rehung.

Martin has proved to be very skilful on many occasions, plus he is very friendly and flexible. An excellent combination!
