I used these 2700 x 600 x 19mm Super Duty cement floor sheets on a recent build and honestly couldn’t fault them.
The size is great — covering more area per sheet definitely sped things up compared to smaller panels. The tongue and groove edges lined up nicely and made installation pretty straightforward. Once they were down, the floor felt solid straight away with no bounce or movement.
They’re noticeably heavier than standard boards, but that’s expected with cement sheet and actually gives confidence in the strength. We installed them in an area that needed good moisture resistance and they handled it well. No swelling, no soft spots, and the surface finished cleanly for tiling.
The smooth finish saved time prepping before laying the final floor. Cutting them was manageable with the right tools, just make sure you’ve got proper dust control.
Overall, really solid product for both residential and commercial jobs. Would definitely use them again if I needed a durable, moisture-resistant subfloor.
