DO NOT buy from this company. They do not allow any returns but refuse to state that. I wanted to return 2 dresses out of the 8 I purchased. I was told I had to provide pictures to prove that one dress was ill-fitting and the fabric was too hot for California and the other one is so sheer that I would never wear it in public, let alone take a picture so they can see my underwear, bra and roll of tummy fat. The request for pictures is just a stall tactic so they can decline my reasons for a return. Their response to inquiry is slow. Otherwise, the other dresses are not the same as pictured, but similar and very poor quality. RUN! Their advertising and website pictures look great - but not what you get. Do not buy from this company.

Also, when I asked for a return label they basically asked why and what was wrong with the dress. That they needed pictures. WOW!

This website is a scam. Everything comes from China, the material is very cheap and the clothing isn’t even cut right to fit. They have no returns Do Not Buy!!!

I’m this company is a SCAM. I received a damaged, unwearable dress and was told that I could not return the dress unless I wanted to pay $50 shipping and customs fees (the items ship from China). The dress cost $38. This aggression will not stand.

Can I give a 0 star for this website? Ordered a 100.00 worth and then nothing fir right. I was told to send pictures..one dress had extra fabric sewn in near my but!! After all this back and forth nonsense.. I was.told 50.00 shipping fee to send back! Absurd. Or get a 5.00 refund. I will never order from.something like this website again

Will never shop here again. Received a very cheap knock-off version of what was presented in the photograph. Unable to return it without paying for customs/service charges, and then told I'd only receive $5. Waste of $30.

I ordered a dress and followed the sizing chart exactly. The dress got here and it did not fit even remotely! When I tried to email them they wanted to give me a coupon for my next order. Puhleeze! It's ridiculous!! Worst customer service ever! When I asked about returning it, they recommended that I not do that. Huh?? I'm never ordering from any of those companies again.

Horrible quality of clothing and HORRIBLE customer service. I wish there was more I could do to shut this company down. I am disgusted and appalled with their lack of professionalism.

Cheap products with extremely low quality that does not resemble pictures. Reviews on site are fake - I posted one and it is not on the webpage. They refuse to let you return items even though they advertise 30 day easy returns. Do not buy their products!

Cheap, Chinese products. The ruched sheath t-shirt dress runs incredibly small. I’m a US size 10 and purchased an XL and it fits like a small. Didn’t know was China when I ordered or I wouldn’t have. Package took 3 weeks to arrive. Beware the Asian sizing is not the same as US sizing. When I tried to return, they first asked me to please send them my measurements and pictures of me wearing the items. I did not want to send that information to a company so I requested to please return the items. I was told return shipping cost too much and I would need to pay for shipping so instead they would give me a coupon for a different order. They said to give the dress to someone or sell it. If the largest size XL doesn’t fit, I don’t think there will be other options to fit. If it had fit, I’d have probably rated this dress about a 1 to 2-Star. The fabric is thin and cheap feeling. So beware the sizing and inferior material. I tried posting on Facebook, everywhere I saw their ads and to customer questions about the quality and sizing and Venidress turned off my commenting ability, ie blocked me and deleted my reviews from their posts and their website. We’ll see if this review even makes it to post!

Quality of the dresses I received was very poor and the return process is like pulling teeth. They want you to take pictures of how the dress fits which is absolutely outrageous. I NOT sending some company pictures of me. This company's customer service is awful as well.

Very bad quality and customer service. I ordered 10 items and only two were wearable. The materials are very cheap, hang weird and feel like they’ll catch on fire instantly! The sizing is off and so a medium would fit a very large person. I have emailed twice to arrange a return as directed by the packing slip and I ha e not received a response. Overall very unhappy

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Dress feels like a cheap hospital gown, I measured my chest before I bought and actually sized UP and it still didn't fit. The stitching is totally not straight, they have told me to ship them back on my own DIME and then they'll refund me, keep them or sell them online. Just awful!

Took forever to get the product. Looks nothing like what is pictured. Cheep materials and cheep looking, even for the price. They make it impossible to return the items and don't return emails. Lesson learned, just wish I'd read the reviews before I purchased $124 worth of instant regret.

Wow just received 3 dresses. Everything looks so cute on Instagram. I should have known better. Aside fro taking weeks to arrive, the quality is beyond poor.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Worst company ever with absolutely horrible customer service. I have been going back and forth via email about returning 2 dresses I bought from them for almost 2 months. They asked for pictures of the dresses, since one was horribly stitched and the other one was not what I ordered. That wasn't good enough. Now they are asking for pictures with me wearing the dresses. The issue still isn't resolved!! Their products are cheap and not as advertised!!

THE WORST. This place has the wrong size, the worst material quality, and the pictures are nothing like the actual item. NEVER AGAIN

Don't order from here. The returns have to be sent to China and cost more than the dress. Also, offered 16% off next purchase instead of refund.

Do not waste your time or money ordering from Venidress. They state fast shipping and easy return? That is a joke! It took over a month to receive my item and I never received one single delivery update. Once I received the item, it was of the cheapest quality possible and did not match the item in the picture provided. I tried for a week to get an address to return the item and after giving me the run around and offering me $5 (I paid $27.00 for the item) I was given an address in China to return the item. Well, the cheapest way to return said item was $24.00 in postage! They have deleted my comments on Facebook and I notice that they delete any bad reviews! Do Not Order from this place. It is a scam!!
