Venum Avis 

I had issues with an order, customer service was rude and not helpful. I said I wanted to put in a formal complaint or talk to the customer service manager, then I got an email from a different customer service agent who asked for screenshots from my online-chat - which I privided. Never heard back from him. Re-sent the email with the screenshots, got an email from the same agent I complained about, a vey generic email not even adressing my concerns. I wrote back and now have been ghosted. Will take my business elsewhere next time!

Ordered a pair of shorts for 13 year old son in size men’s small and they’re too small. Order was sent out with incorrect delivery address and venum customer services had no interest in helping despite it being their error!! It was sent via ups and making contact with them was near on impossible. Not a happy customer and would not use again

I have ordered 2 items from Venum directly and they have never arrived. I have been in touch with their various customer service representatives for 2 weeks and they are not issuing a refund. I receive repeated, partly automated emails. Please don’t order from this company.

Tried to change the delivery address after realising it could be next week when I’m at work yet no help from customer services at all.
Useless.

Ordered 2 rash guards from them. Order was confirm and nothing happened for more than 2 weeks. I then decided on contact their customer service to know what was going on, they replied telling me that they could not filled my order and refunded me.
They just made a lousy excuse and that was it…
Few things here, I had to contact them to know what was going on, then no trying to offer a replacement or do a commercial gesture is poor and simply disrespectful.

There is plenty brands with equivalent or better quality. Dont fall for the hype around Venum and go for :

Tatami Fightwear, Yokkao, Hyperfly, Phalanx, GB Wear, Valor Fightwear, Manto, Engage, Phantom Athletics, Progress, Fairtex, Hayabusa, or Bad Boy.

I ordered two items from Venum, but only received one. The main item I wanted (a gi) was out of stock – but I was never informed of this. I only discovered it when I opened the package and found that I had only received the mouthguard. Who would order just a mouthguard, knowing you still have to pay shipping fees? Obviously, it was just an add-on to my main order, not something I wanted on its own.

The “final resolution” offered to me was free shipping on my next order. But if you don’t have the gi I wanted at the price I purchased it for, what order am I supposed to place? This is not a solution – it’s just pushing the problem away.

Overall, their handling of the situation was poor, unprofessional, and unfair to the customer. Mistakes happen, but failing to inform me that the item was out of stock and leaving me to pay the price for their errors is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

£90 gloves bought as a Christmas present 2024, They didn't last a year before the glove split. By the time my son told me and I contacted them at 1 year and 2 months, they said the warranty was only 1 year. No pride in their product, they are happy to have a really poor quality product and my £90.

Poor customer service if you need a refund or exchange. I measured my son for his shorts and they don’t fit properly. They do not do exchanges and if I want a refund I have to arrange and pay for the item to be returned at my own expense

love the products, but the customer service is non-existent hence the poor rating! they show no care whatsoever about customer service.
