I ran my car over my rucksack containing my HP laptop, cracking the LCD. However, Jamie breathed life into it with his fantastic skills, bringing it back from the dead and replacing the screen and the damaged cables. Really helpful guy, great service at a reasonable price. Couldn't recommend him enough
I hired Jamie to replace a faulty keyboard and dying battery in a mac laptop. His customer service and work was exemplary, starting from a detailed initial breakdown of what was required and the costs involved (which gave me confidence that he would be both competent and reliable), to a speedy turnaround and perfect rebuild once he had received the new parts. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Really excellent service and a well fixed PC. My Surface Pro 4 battery was blistering and pushing the screen out. I rang around all the computer repairers in the area and most said they could not or would not fix it. Jamie at Ver IT said he could but also outlined the risks. One of the other repairers said they could fix it but I would need to leave my computer with them for a few days so they could open it up and identify the battery model and order it. However, Jamie at Ver IT was able to identify the exact battery needed over the phone just by the computer serial number. This gave me great confidence that he knew what he was talking about and had good experience to fix it. The battery arrived the next day. I then took in my computer for the repair and he fixed it. I was only without my computer for 3 hours. He also fixed some damage inside the PC as a result of the battery expanding. That's a great result and minimum disruption to my work. Thank you Ver IT.
Jamie was super helpful, really responsive to communication and fixed my problems. I give him an enormous thumbs up for a brilliant service. Really pleased to have found him.

My 8TB Iron Wolf pro drive crashed and I was looking to recover the data from it. Great job from Ver IT, I managed to get almost all the files back for a very competitive price. Great communication through out the process. Recommended!

Friendly and informative communication, Jamie was always willing to work out the best outcome regarding my laptop repair, not a straightforward case but with Jamie's help and expertise it was the easiest decision I've had to make in a long time. Great service and would recommend him to anyone.

Ver IT (and Jamie) really helped me out of a bind. They were fast and responsive and fixed my broken laptop screen promptly. They kept in touch with me thorough the process and sent me pictures of what they were doing. I had a couple of other issues that were found during the screen repair that we agreed to get fixed and it was all sorted clearly and quickly. I would definitely use Ver IT again for any IT issues I may have.
Would highly recommend Jamie from Ver-IT he was punctual, knowledgable, efficient and sorted out our Laptop/ printer and even installed our new TV in 2 hours.
