I absolutely LOVE my cashmere wide leg knit pants !! The quality is astonishing for the price. I buy alot of cashmere and they feel at least 2 ply, if not more. They are weightier than some M & S cash... Voir plus

Totally useless - AVOID at all costs, fake tracking, no reply’s, just an avoid, onto bank now to claim back money.

WAITING FOR A REFUND….
I ordered 3 cashmere bottoms and 2 cashmere jumpers . Had to wait weeks for delivery and when they finally arrived the sizing was not correct . A large was more a small. Items were sent back promptly after the trader sent me return labels. After waiting for over a week, I had to contact Vera mode to ensure they had received items They confirmed items had been received by them and the refund was in process…this was in February/march. I am still waiting for this refund and the company have stopped replying to my emails and have not refunded me . Don’t even try calling them, no one answers the phone . Customer service is non existent. Items purchased in January. Vera mode do not email you unless you email them, they have actually stopped replying to me. I have not come across this seller before and wish I had never purchased from them . Please think before you purchase. They take your money but don’t refund …the company is definitely a fraud . PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST! If I could give it no stars I would. So now they have their goods back and my money….i would call this theft

As at 13 April ‘26 - Vera Mode (TRENDIX LTD)
This is an interim 2* review which, I hope will be followed by a 5* review in due course.
It’s now 4 weeks since I placed an order for 3 cashmere roll neck sweaters (14 March ‘26). No problem with my payment being taken (no surprise there).
I received an acknowledgement through Shop with a Royal Mail shipping number. This number has not been recognised by the Royal Mail so I can’t follow it. That’s my first major worry.
I tried to phone the company (a mobile phone number with answer phone) and left a polite message ending with the hope that I haven’t been scammed - as yet I have no reason to think I have but it is my second big worry.
Lastly, I see on here that it’s 50/50 whether purchase satisfaction will be achieved. Almost a death knell.
I’m waiting.
I’d prefer to be a happy customer but perhaps it might be a good idea to place a bet with the bookies to cover my potential losses.
Note to self - search Trust Pilot before buying.

Ordered a pair of shoes over a month in advance for a very important wedding. Package was missing for weeks, no updates as promised. emailed customer service which take ages to reply if at all. Asked for refund so i could buy another pair somewhere else as. They apologised and agreed to refund my money which they didnt, even after multiple messages. Now just ignored...

Genuinely shocking experience with this company. My order took so much longer to arrive than was initially promised and it was a birthday gift. Ended up needing to return the item as I had to purchase another gift. Returned the item in mid Jan and still waiting on my refund 3 months later. Contacted numerous times over multiple communications - faccebook, email, phone.
Will be escalating with my card company and consumers rights.

I ordered a jacket and when I followed up on the late delivery I was told it was out of stock. It was too late for me so I cancelled the order.
It is now nearly a month and I have not received my refund even though I have emailed numerous times!

Vera Mode Misleading/Shocking
Vera Mode Misleading, poor communication, and unacceptable service
Extremely poor experience. This company presents itself as UK-based, but items are actually shipped from China. Delivery was advertised as 2 days but took around 25 days.
Communication was poor throughout, and my cancellation request was ignored with the order sent anyway.
The returns process was also misleading- I returned the items to the UK address on the packaging, only to then be told returns are actually handled in China. I had to pay return postage myself due to unclear and inconsistent instructions.
To make matters worse, the “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” offer was not honoured. Basically paid £99 order, £12 postage to return goods, hours of wasted time, and now have no goods or refund.
Overall, misleading from start to finish. I would not trust or recommend this company.

Been a month and a half and my Royal Mail tracking says they’re expecting the package, never received item.
Not what it seems ..
I ordered a coat from this company and was expected to be delivered within 7 to 10 working days. The website looks as if it’s a UK company but the coat took 3 1/2 weeks to come from China. It arrived too late for the event I wanted it for, so I tried to return it. I emailed and the response I got told me to go to the returns portal which I did. The returns portal refused to let me make return as it said I had passed 14 day return window. This was because it took best part of the month for the coat to actually arrive. Many emails to and fro and eventually a return was organised however it involves sending the coat back to China which would result in an about a month delay in actually getting refund refunded.
The other option I was given was to keep the coat and receive 50% refund. Because I was so fed up with all the hassle I agreed to the partial refund. I was told this had been arranged immediately but it has taken another chase up email and 10 days before they have actually processed it.
To be fair, the actual emails that were coming through were polite, courteous and appeared to be trying to help but I do think that the website is misleading.
I definitely would not recommend this company and will not be using it again
