A great hotel and staff…
Upon arrival we were made most welcome by KESAR on reception who was most informative whilst checking us in and also upgrading our room.
His advice on the surrounding area including restaurants, shops and hotel and sister hotel spa etc was spot on.
In general all the staff members were extremely helpful and welcoming the staff in cafe24 were great and welcomed having a chat and discussion on the drinks supplied.
Both AMIT who extended our check out and MARCO on reception were delightful
What a great team of people you have working for you at the VERDI it made our short visit most enjoyable.❤️
