Verge girl, marque originale et mignonne

Marque originale et mignonne pour un prix correct. Jamais de problèmes ou de retard de livraison à part ces derniers mois à cause du covid (ce qui est excusable puisque le magasin est basé en Australie).

Bientôt 4 mois et toujours pas de colis ...

J’ai commandé fin mars et mon colis a été expédié le 2 avril 2020... depuis toujours rien ! J’ai envoyé des dizaines de mails, ils répondent toujours la même chose (copier-Coller) et ne veulent pas me rembourser ! Alors que dans leur e-mail ils disent que ça peu prendre Entre 60 et 90 jours, bah ça fait bientôt 4 mois !!!!

Ce n’est pas la peine de répondre à mon commentaire en disant que vous êtes désolé et me sortir votre blabla concernant la pandémie !

réponse à votre commentaire : je n’ai jamais été indemnisé !!!! J’ai juste reçu un code promo pour une éventuelle prochaine commande mais en aucun cas un remboursement !

Escroquerie bien organisée

Une vraie arnaque, articles commandés début mars par ma fille (270 € d'achats) et toujours aucune nouvelle si ce n'est que le transport devait être effectué par bateau... Quatre mois pour arriver en Europe à partir de l'Australie, c'est un peu long, vous ne trouvez pas ?? J'ai un conseil pour les responsables de cette firme : ne m'envoyez pas un message pro formaté, agissez et vite parce que je n'abandonnerai pas !

A fuir absolument! J’ai commandé des articles chez eux le 17 avril et depuis je n’ai pas eu de nouvelle concernant ma commande.
Si vous ne voulez pas gaspiller votre argent inutilement passez votre chemin.
Leur service client est inutile, ils ne vous remboursent pas et se contentent juste de faire un copier coller du même mail à chaque fois que vous leur poser une question.

N'achetez pas sur ce site depuis…

N'achetez pas sur ce site depuis l'Europe. C'est scandaleux aujourd'hui cela fait 2 mois que j'ai commandé ma commande et elle n'est toujours pas arrivée. Sur le tracking elle n'est même pas encore partie de l'Australie. Le service client répond une réponse automatique à chaque réponse et ne rembourse pas le produit non reçu. Le pire c'est qu'en regardant les avis j'ai vu que beaucoup de gens était dans le même cas et le site répond un message automatique à tout le monde!! c'est honteux pour moi ce site n'est pas fiable. J'ai commander plusieurs colis à l'étranger depuis le COVID-19 et j'ai reçu des colis bien avant que j'ai commandé sur verge girl. Donc pour moi ce n'est pas un problème avec australia post mais c'est eux le probleme surtout que les articles sont excessivement cher sur ce site. Honte à vous!

J’ai commandé le 8 Avril, ma commande n’est tjrs pas arrivé. J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails car mon colis ne bouge plus depuis le 4 Mai et à chaque fois la réponse est automatique. 0 gestes, 0 recherches, rien. Je ne commanderai plus dessus. J’ai plusieurs amis qui ont reçu leurs colis commandé à peu près aux même dates que moi avec le même mode de livraison alors ce n’est pas normal...

J’ai commandé le 7 avril nous sommes en juin et je n’ai pas reçu ma commande, en plus de ne toujours pas savoir où elle se trouve. Apparemment toujours pas partie d’Australie ? Je n’ai pas eu ce problèmes avec d’autres marques malgré le covid. Le service client me répond des messages automatiques et refuse tout remboursement et moi je vais recevoir mes robes d’été cet hiver. Aucun geste commercial proposé... Une première commande qui sera la dernière.

Apparement ma commande est partie le 27 avril, aujourd’hui nous somme le 22 mai et elle est toujours en Australie, sont pays de départ..
