We're sorry that you were not able to get it working. We refund you for any numbers that don't receive an SMS, and we recommend people try 4-5 numbers as sometimes it takes a few attempts.
This idea comes because telecom providers recycle numbers and that is completely out of our control. Our numbers are unused, but we cannot see their previous usage history before we got ahold of them.

It DOES work.
It just does its job, I really don't know why so many people are rating it with 1 star or what not, I guess I can't really state my opinion on that since it is their experience. I used it a lot since I ran out of gmails and numbers I can use, and it worked every single time for multiple countries and services, the idea that every 5 star review is fake is just kind of dumb since this is based on experience, for me it worked for others it might not.

The first number I tried didn't work, but I got instantly refunded for it, and the second number worked perfectly. I'm back on dating apps, thanks veritel :)

Scam
I am trying to verify on Google, tried every country, each range of services they provide, however, none of them worked. Tried to contact them through customer support chat (there is a statement that "Typically replies in a few minutes" - it has been more than an hour now, I doubt that I will get a message anytime soon). In conclusion, DON'T get involved with this scam.

I'm sorry that no numbers worked for Google.
Because telecom providers recycle numbers, while our numbers are new and theoretically unused, we can never know with 100% certainty whether the number has been recycled or not. That's why we urge our users to try a few numbers, as one will work.
I also want to mention that Google silently rate limits users. If you tried multiple numbers in a short period of time, Google might not block you, but silently choose not to send an OTP. We always recommend our users to try 2-5 numbers, then wait 30 minutes and try again.

Setting up Google Voice didn't work
Setting up Google Voice didn't work. Paid for a number, didn't receive an OTP code. Tried with 2 Google accounts.

While our numbers are new, telecom providers do recycle them, so we can't always guarantee a number hasn't been used before.
If you received an SMS but the account was used, please email us at support@veritel.io and we'll sort it out. If no SMS was received, your account will automatically be refunded. We recommend waiting 2-3 minutes per number before clicking "X," as codes usually don't arrive after that time.

Scam didn't receive any message or OTP
I tried every number (gold, silver) for telegram but didn't received any OPT, i tried using different numbers and country but it didn't worked at all. Very dissatisfied by there service.

Please know that if no SMS is received on a number, your account will automatically be refunded. This is a core part of our service to ensure you only pay for successful uses. We always recommend waiting 2-3 minutes per number before clicking "X," as codes usually don't arrive after that.
Sometimes, due to the complex nature of how temporary phone numbers work with different online services, occasional delivery issues can occur.

If you ever get a message saying an account already exists, forward it to support@veritel.io and we will replace or refund that purchase immediately. Can work or cannot work. (MUST READ)
1. It's a paid service, and you have a minimum deposit of $2.50.
2. I used a Germany gold star phone number to get a number to activate a google account for $1.88.
THE REST:
- It's a good site if you actually use the gold star countries, which actually work 90% of the time.
- The silver ones have a low chance of actually working, and the ones with no stars have basically 0 chance of working. (which they basically tell you on their site)
- You have 15 minutes to use a phone number for your chosen purpose. And if a number doesn't work, you can just get your money back into your Veritel account by clicking on the “x” next to the phone number after 2 minutes.
- For actual refunds though, once you deposit money you can't refund it as they don't respond to email (and support[at]veritel.io doesn't exist) or their chat on their own website.
- TOS, Privacy Policy and Legal links don't work because *cough* *cough* reasons.

I understand why you feel that way. A number that fails to get a code should refund you automatically. If you were charged after a blank attempt, please email support@veritel.io with the order reference. I will process the refund myself, place 5 dollars in credit on your account, and investigate the recycled line so it does not happen twice.

There’s a good chance it won’t work for what you want (despite what the website says), and once you’ve paid, it’s apparently impossible to get your money back: I’ve emailed them, used their online chat — but they completely ghosted me.
