Charlotte listened to my requirements and did me a very good deal on an A3. Very professional and timely service. I have always had a VW and moving from the brand was a big decision, however I am not disappointed. I love my A3!

Charlotte at Audi Hereford
Charlotte was our Audi member that we dealt with throughout the process of purchasing our Q4. Very professional and spent a good deal of time looking at the options best for us. She kept us up-to-date with information via telephone and email and nothing was too much trouble .

The sales person Felix is so brilliant to deal with, very knowledgeable and helpful. His manager Jack is also very good and between them they ensured that we had all the facts we needed throughout the purchasing process.
Felix has also supported us after each purchase if any issues arise which is very refreshing.

Amazing Experience from Start to Finish
I had a fantastic experience with Vert Motors, thanks to Charlotte. From start to finish she was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.
