I recently collected my new Cupra…Excellent service
I recently collected my new Cupra Formentor through the Motability Scheme, and I wanted to thank Fitz for making what could have been a very difficult experience so much easier.
After my accident, I found change quite challenging. Before the accident, I drove an Audi A6 and loved larger cars. Moving to an Audi A3 through Motability was already a big adjustment, and when Audi stopped offering Motability vehicles, I was understandably anxious about having to find something new.
I did a lot of research looking for a car that would give me a similar feel and level of comfort, which eventually led me to Cupra. From the moment I met Fitz, he was welcoming, patient, and understanding. I explained that I struggle with change and was nervous about choosing a different car. Rather than rushing me, he took the time to listen carefully and talk me through the different models available, helping me understand which options might suit my needs best.
What stood out most was that Fitz made me feel I could trust him. He listened to what was important to me and genuinely wanted to help me find the right car, not just make a sale. Thanks to his guidance, I surprisingly made my decision quite quickly and chose a Cupra Formentor.
I absolutely love the car. Although handing back my Audi A3 felt a little like a funeral and was quite an emotional moment, Fitz made the transition much easier and gave me confidence that I was making the right choice.
Thank you, Fitz, for your patience, understanding, professionalism, and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend both Fitz and the Cupra team to anyone looking for a new car.

Possibly the best experience I’ve had with a dealership. I visited and purchased a car last week, my rep was Fitz and he made the process as easy as buying a car can be. Had a minor issue with the cable but this was sorted no questions asked. I’ll be back for another car in the future.

I had a great experience purchasing my car from Vertu Motors, especially as this was my first time buying a car.
The whole process was smooth and well organised, and the team worked very well together. Everyone was helpful and responsive throughout, answering my questions clearly and making sure everything was ready before collection.
I also appreciate their support with a few follow-up queries after the purchase. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Helpful and an easy purchase
I phoned up and spoke to Ryan in sales and he answered all questions and then sent a video of the car.From this i put a deposit on the car as the deal was very fair. I picked up the car and noticed an issue which has been sorted so all good thankyou.
