Excellent and professional
Before visiting Vertu Dacia at Plympton, Plymouth, I did a lot of research about the Dacia Spring Extreme that I was interested in buying.
Having dealt with a previous dealer acquired by Vertu I wasn't sure about this new branch.
I was reassured when I arrived by being given a good explanation by Liam about the car I was interested in.
I was able to test drive the Dacia over about 5 miles and was quite happy with the car and Liam's answers to my questions.
I agreed to buy the car and collected it on Saturday 14 March.

How customer service should be done
The entire staff were very pleasant and friendly, whether in person or on the phone. Nothing was too much trouble. I was kept updated throughout. I would highly recommend this company and advice potential car buyers to try them first. They will not be disappointed.
