Ford Explorer premium extended range electric
Danny Kidd who assisted me with my purchase of my nee Ford Explorer, was amazing, made my whole visit from start to eventual purchase of my car a fabulous experience, no pushy sale, time and space to reflect on discussions about what i needed from my car, the design of the car, savings on how economical the electric car was. Fabulous experience would recommend Danny to anyone interested in a nee car, he is a great asset to the Crewe team.

recently had my car serviced at Vertu Ford Crewe and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the team were incredibly friendly, professional and helpful, making the whole process completely stress-free.
The service was carried out efficiently, everything was explained clearly, and I was kept informed throughout. I was also provided with a courtesy car, which was extremely convenient and made the whole experience even easier.
My car was returned in great condition and I left feeling confident that everything had been checked and taken care of properly. It’s clear that the team take real pride in their work and genuinely care about providing excellent customer service.

Fantastic Service
Purchased my new Ford Puma ST Line X from Vertu Ford Crewe on Saturday and managed to pick it up on the following Wednesday, Daniel Kidd was fantastic throughout the process and made the process very easy.

Refused own property
Mechanic friend ordered part and called branch to make sure his friend (me) could pick it up on his behalf. He was left on hold for ten minutes and eventually cut off, he called back and was told yes come in that day with the ref number. So I left work early (because the job urgently needs doing) and drove for 30 mins to get there only to be told I couldn't have the paid for property because the branch was doing a stocktake and to come back before 5. I don't usually leave complaints but there was no attempt made to help me, I was told just to come back later for the item that had already been paid for (my property) so why that was being counted in a stocktake I don't understand. And why weren't we pre warned about this when we called.
So now I have to put the mechanic off for two hours to fit the part in my car. Cheers Ford, loving yr work!!

I brought my 11yo Mondeo in for a recall but had already indicated that I was looking for a replacement.
Alexa had already identified a possible replacement for me. With absolutely no pressure, the car was transferred for me to view, Alexa handled all the paperwork, explained all the purchase options and recommended warranty and service packages.
