Charlie at vertu stoke was brilliant he didn't pressure you into buying a car he let you go to him he was there to answer any questions you have and he sorted all the paperwork out all you have to do is transfer the money over to them and pick your car up in a few days it was a stress free process and straight forward I will definitely buy from them again and after you drive away if you have any questions later on you can call and arrange an appointment and go back to them to get your questions answered I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Luke made my purchase easy and quick. He was informative and made sure all my requirements were met. He smashed it. Would definitely recommend.

Brought a car through Vertu Motors Stoke last year, fab service from John by the way. I paid into the Vertu Service plan. So it's come to my service and MOT this year, went in last Tuesday, given an absolutely filthy courtesy car for 2 days which with how dirty it was it was embarassing to commute in. My car needed a couple of jobs to be done to it, fair enough, took it to another garage to get it repaired and rebooked the MOT for today at Vertu Stoke (14/08/26). Again given a box on the employee phone to sign without being shown any paperwork. Again, given a filthy courtesy car...do this company clean their cars?? Driving home I notice there is 14 miles left in fuel, I thought that is odd and when I got home noticed I had the loan paperwork emailed to myself and I also noticed a significant scratch and dent to the offside rear passenger door. I look at the paperwork and it states half a tank of fuel is in the vehicle that must be replaced by the person loaning the vehicle and any damage is to be paid for. The vehicle on the paperwork showed no damage at all. Upon noticing this I returned the vehicle and asked Kayleigh Llyoyd to show me what I have signed for, she printed the paperwork off and showed me and upon reading this I asked to speak to a manager and explained this is extremely misleading to make me sign for something that hasn't been explained what it is for or showing me any prior paperwork. He told me this was incase I had an accident, however, the fuel does not cause accidents and the small print clearly states ANY damage to be paid by the person signing. I have now been given yet another filthy courtesy car to embarrassingly drive around in today. Very poor service and I will not be renewing the service plan and recommending my parents don't who have also just purchased a car from here.

From our very first information gathering visit all of the staff were very friendly, whether that was Jack (in used car sales) or Irsa (in new car sales). Once we decided new was the route we wanted to go down, Irsa was very helpful in arranging test drives and there were no pressure sales tactics which meant a much more comfortable experience. She was very knowledgable of the key features of the model we were interested in and the pros/cons of the optional extras. On collection day she also took the time to make sure I was comfortable with all the controls and to set up the Ford app link with the vehicle. She even put in a call a few days later to ensure we were getting on ok or if there was anything we needed help with. So far we’ve been really pleased with our new Ford Puma.

We have had an extremely disappointing experience with Ventu Ford while trying to arrange a Motability car for my elderly parents, aged 84 and 86.

The car was originally expected on 2nd June. When I called to ask where it was, I was told it would be another month. I called again on 6th July and was informed that the person dealing with our order was on holiday, but that the car had arrived and asked if I could wait. I explained that we couldn’t wait any longer, so collection was arranged for 10th July.

The day before collection, I received a call to say we couldn’t collect the car because it wasn’t the correct one. I was told someone would contact me the following week, but no one did. I had to chase them again, only to be told they were looking for another vehicle.

After hearing nothing further, I called again on 24th July. At 5:30 pm that day, they called back to say they had found a car and that it would be delivered on the Monday or Tuesday, after which they would contact me to arrange collection. Monday and Tuesday came and went with no call. I contacted them again on the Friday and was told someone would ring me back. It is now 3rd August, and we have still heard nothing.

My parents have already paid a £4,250 deposit, yet they have been left constantly chasing for updates. We were also told by the dealership that they don’t make any money from Motability customers, which left us feeling like we were at the bottom of the priority list.

The lack of communication, broken promises, and poor customer service have been incredibly frustrating, especially given my parents’ ages and reliance on a Motability vehicle. We expected much better treatment and would not recommend this dealership based on our experience

We have brought a new electric car with Irsa. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She’s worked so hard to bring everything together in quick time and was so helpful every step of the way. We cannot recommend her enough. I would give a 10/5 if I could!

The customer service at Vertu stoke is second to none , especially Jarred Boon who went the Extra mile to make sure everything was ok

I've been a customer of Bristol Street Motors and now Vertu for sometime, having bought our previous car from the Stoke branch and received car services and MOT there via the service plan.
I have always received good service and the purchase of the new car has proved to be the same.
Anthony H. introduced himself when my wife and I were looking what cars were available and asked if he could be of help.
He was helpful and listened to what our story was. Nothing he did or said was 'pushy' in anyway. Although no suitable car was available at the Stoke branch, he very quickly found a possible car that might suit and after going though the details of the car my wife and I agreed.
Anthony then led use through the possibilites arranging for us to see the car and explaning what this would entail.
Anthony explained the process to get the car to the Stoke branch and the purchase process. We agreed to move forward feeling in control of the process.
Anthony was clear in what he explained to us, what he would do and what would happen next.
He contacted us when he said and we felt confident in dealing with him.
Anthony made the process of finding and purchasing our car a pleasant and easy experience.

A really good experience buying a vehicle from Vertu. A chap named Anthony helped me purchase a vehicle. No pressure and an honest dealership. Not many of them about.

From first visit to picking a car all the staff were very friendly. Once we decided to buy the salesman (charlie) was extremely helpful and very professional. He dealt with all our queries and organised a test drive. On collection he delivered us a fully valeted car and took the time to show us all the controls. He was a pleasure to deal with and is a credit to your company.

3rd commercial vehicle I've had from the team at Stoke and yet another exceptional service. Quality standards, easy to deal with, and the whole process was hassle free. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a commercial vehicle.

The dealership kept me informed of the progress of my purchase. Anthony had tried to get my car to me earlier but it needed some important servicing which I am glad it has had done. It was delivered to my door and my old car taken as part exchange. Car was really clean and tidy and I was shown round the basics before hand over
