Very happy with the service, Mark supplied a full video inspection of the vehicle on request and Will who dealt with the sale was very friendly and professional, answered all my questions and went the extra mile to drop the vehicle off in person.

Excellent customer service
I cannot thank Harman from the West Bromwich branch enough, I saw a car i liked online but I'd never drove an automatic before or have any clue about hybrid cars, Harman spent over two hours explaining everything and teaching me to drive. He made the whole experience a pleasure. I went on the Monday brought the car Tuesday and had i delivered to me on Thursday had updates in-between and a quick response to any questions I had either by email or phone. Thanks Harman.

Lella, was friendly, polite and very professional. Any questions we had she was happy to answer, she kept us updated on the progress of the car, and was always happy to take our phone calls with any queries that we had.
