Vertu Motors - Honda Lincoln Avis 

If I could have given-5 stars I would have.
I rang these bunch of charlatans to investigate a humming noise coming from the rear of the vehicle as I suspected that a wheel bearing may be going down. The lady asked if I would like the service done at the same time as it was almost due, to which I agreed as it's on a service plan with this bunch of cowboys.
After a very dubious 'inspection' of the vehicle, the technician/mechanic/recent school leaver declared that the wheel bearings are fine but the track rod ends need replacing.
The noise from the rear continued.
I took the car to a proper mechanical engineer who discovered that the track rod ends are fine but one of the rear hub bearings was failing. He also found a slit in one of the rear tyres which the technician/mechanic/recent school leaver at Honda had failed to notice when conducting the vehicle 'health check'.
I am cancelling my service plan and don't intend letting this bunch of crooks anywhere near a car of mine ever again.
I will be reporting this officially, as I and my passengers could have easily been killed because of this incompetent buffoon who checked my car over.

Poor/non existent Honda/customer communication. Having rung what appears to be a generic call centre in the North East to arrange work for one of my two Hondas (both purchased from Virtu Honda in Lincoln), I was offered a 10.45am appointment. Upon arriving at the garage I was told wait as my vehicle wouldn't be looked at until after 3pm ! With no prior notice and expecting my morning appointment to be honoured I had no alternative other than to leave and drive back to my home incurring a 40 mile round trip and a waste of several hours of my time. I'd like to know why appointments can't be made locally as the 'call centre approach' from some totally unrelated area of the UK clearly isn't working. I was advised by the Receptionist at Lincoln to request a 'waiting appointment' in future - something I actually remember specifying to 'the North East' guy!! Virtu Honda need to look after their customers better, it's not just about selling cars!!

I had a lovely experience part exchanging my car for a used car. Salesman Austin was very helpful and efficient with ensuring I could pick up the car on the agreed day. As this was my first time he made sure everything was as swift as could be. I was thankful for his great communication throughout the process.

I purchased a Mercedes A250e and part exchanged an electric car with a leased battery. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was swiftly removed as the registered keeper of my electric car and then advised that Vertu Honda would not sign the battery lease transfer document as they would be putting the car into an auction. This meant that I would be responsible for the lease payments until a new private owner was found.
On the way home, I was unable to change between electric/comfort/sport mode, but being new to me, thought it might have been something that I had done. It was fine the next day. It happened again a few days later, and again, I was not sure if it was of my doing. All was fine for a few weeks, but the fault then recurred several times and this time I was fairly certain that it was not down to me. The car came with a three month warranty and I purchased an extension to two years, so I contacted Vertu Honda Lincoln and after speaking to a number of people at both the branch and the call centre, I was advised that the car was still under the Mercedes warranty I should take it to Lincoln Mercedes. They quickly diagnosed a faulty switch which would be covered under their warranty, but, they suspected that the fault was the result of a spillage, which would not be a warranty repair. So back to Vertu Honda Lincoln who could not authorise the repair but would get the manager to ring me. He did so and we agreed that he would speak with one of Vertu's Mercedes branches with a view to seeing if the switch could be cleaned, he would then ring me back. I am still awaiting his call.

When looking around for a new SUV , we had never thought about Honda .. but thankfully we entered into the showroom .. it’s beautifully laid out which showcases the shape and designs of the vehicles . I fell in love with the Honda HRV , the staff were so helpful , so we bought one , meteoroid Gray metallic .. I love it

(Honda Lincoln) I bought honda civic online as I live in Leeds it was difficult for me to go and see the car due to my work routine so I decided to give them a call. I was straight away put in contact with the requested branch (sales person LIANA) I explained her my situation that I can't come and check the car... She was great she understood me straight away she went extra mile to send me close up video of the car, I asked her several questions and got 💯 percent satisfactory and professional answers...was very happy
She arranged car delivery at suitable time
For me. As she promised car wasn't delivered on time and up to scratch...
To cut the story short I would 100% recommend vertu Honda and Lincoln branch specially ...thanks Liana and Vertu Honda...
