Absolutely first class... Kevin.. 10/10
Absolutely first class. My contact/salesperson was Kevin Wong and I have to say he was fantastic from start to finish.
He kept me informed about the process the whole way through via calls/emails...
It was a pleasure to meet him at pickup, and we had a good chat while Kevin did the formalities. He did the part exchange paperwork and inspection, handled the tax, filled the tank and did the dvla changeover too.
Once the finance was sorted beforehand, all I had to do really was send payment for the tax and petrol, then go pick it up!
He made sure I was made aware of all the warranties they offer then showed me around the car and gave me a crash course of the controls etc.
After all that, I have to say... so far I'm loving the car.
I'd definitely recommend.

Oliver Street and all Vertu Honda,Mansfield staffWent to garage as my exhaust was…
Went to garage as my exhaust was blowing on my 14 year old Civic. Looking around as I awaited verdict. Oliver Street asked if he could help and was VERY efficient,helpful and friendly. The upshot was that I purchased a used Jazz-(which I also love) .
As my Civic's exhaust had completely gone and car unusable until part was fitted, Oliver managed to get all checks done and everything in place for me to drive away my new car away within 24 hours.
I was very happy with the service I received both from Oliver and, as always, from everyone at Honda in Mansfield. Thankyou Oliver and all.

Tom our sales representatives was very good. He understood what we wanted arranged a test drive and give us more information on the car that we were looking for.
After the test drive, he sourced the car we wanted from Nottingham and arranged for us to collect it on a certain day.
We felt that he was extremely knowledgeable about the car and in our view went out of his way to ensure what we got was as perfect as it could be.

My wife and I bought an approved Honda Jazz from Vertu Honda Mansfield 03/06/26 and we are delighted with the car and the whole purchasing process. In over 50 years of car ownership and many purchases nothing has come close to this dealership in our experience. We have no hesitation in recommending Vertu Honda Mansfield as outstanding in terms of value for money, product quality and customer service. The expertise, integrity and personable help of salesperson Kevin Wong was a stand out feature of buying the car and General Manager Tom Porter (who clearly leads a truly customer focused team) secured us a great deal, including part exchange. 5 stars all the way for Kevin at Honda Mansfield! From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly stress-free. Kevin kept communication clear and consistent throughout, answered every question with patience, and somehow managed to make the process genuinely enjoyable.

Kevin Wong was our point of contact for our new car purchase. He was polite, helpful and professional throughout and a great ambassador for the Honda brand. We thought we wanted a low mileage 2nd hand Civic, but with Kevin's assistance, we opted for a brand new Jazz instead and are very happy with the service provided by Kevin and the dealership

Outstanding service
I dealt with Tom Wigginton for the entire sale process. He was professional, charismatic and a pleasure to deal with. Everything was so thorough and he couldn't have been more helpful, he really looked after me. I am so glad I went back to Honda as a main dealer for my next car. You get treated like a valued customer which you don't get with an independent dealer.

Didn't know what I wanted or what my budget was.
Not know what i want or what my budget was going be I walked around Honda, just having a mooch. Having been to another car showroom, and found help very wanting i wasn't expecting much.
How wrong I was.
Within 5 mins of me be there Kevin asked if I need any help.
He was amazing, I couldn't have asked for better help. From what I need the car for to taking a test drive, as its "not worth looking at figures until you know you like the car".
While on the test drive Zack did a search for anything available at other showroom.
I was so comfortable with everything that I reversed the car into its parking space with out thinking about it.
Zack found an amazing car Kevin was great talking through all the figures. They were very understanding when I needede to see the actual car.
I think you get the idea It was such a positive experience and my 3yr old Honda is sitting on my drive with an open welcome if I need any further help with all the new features.
You'd be bonkers to go any where else.
I feel like going to the other showroom and doing the Pretty Women line

Whole experience with Tom at Vertu Mansfield Honda was a dream to start to finish. Tom was very responsive and sorted a deal out on my car very quickly for me, allowing me to pick up the car the day after enquiring.
The showroom was immaculate, everyone was friendly and all my needs were met. The car is in incredible condition and thoroughly clean even with less than 24 hours notice for the valet team.
Very happy with my car, with Tom, the deal I got and the whole overall experience. 10/10

We need to talk about Kevin (and the rest of the team at Vertu)
I have bought two cars from Vertu Mansfield Honda.
Let's be honest here, neither of my car purchases were
ever going to set the Vertu sales charts alight! Nope and they weren't the models that have the designation Type R or Type S!
Nonetheless, on both occasions Kevin Wong and the team did their utmost to treat me with courtesy, patience, manners and in doing so they offer the very best customer service.
Kevin describes the team at Vertu as being 'like family'. This shows in the way customers are treated which is with fairness and respect.
Having bought two cars from them, I am in a good position to comment on what an excellent team they are! Well done and thankyou.
