Professional no pressure approach
Corey at Vertu Morpeth was incredibly knowledgeable about the new Hondra ZRV and patiently walked me through all the safety features and tech details. His no-pressure approach made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The experience was so smooth and enjoyable. The Handover again was informative professional and with patience.

I used the MORPETH branch, I needed a replacement part fitted and the experience was outstanding, I mean really perfect in every possible way. The customer service representatives were absolutely fantastic, a really nice group of people who went that extra mile to accommodate me and my son who has severe disabilities. They gave him and myself the best experience as customers ever and we will never forget that because moments like that define life and inspire us with excellence and perfection that you just don't see anywhere else.

Positive and supportive experience
Everyone at Vertu was polite, kind, helpful and really nice. No pressure at all, just an overall top-notch experience - so different from other dealers I've been to in the past. Such a positive energy there - would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service altogether. I was driven home and back to base again after the repair was made. I've never had that treat before, anywhere else.
I was also given a clear and concise list of faults that will require future attention.

A faultless buying experience
The sales executive who dealt with is was exceptional. Each step of the process was clearly explained and it made buying a new car easy. This is our second Honda from Morpeth and I would recommend both their sales and after service to anybody.
