Advice and support given through the whole process. We originally went in to look at a different vehicle, but when we arrived it had already been reserved. Jack showed us a different car but within the same price bracket, size and mileage we were looking for.

A very friendly team
A very friendly team with a relaxed atmosphere at Vertu Hyundai Banbury. There was no hard sell or pushy sales. Mel was particularly helpful and I had a follow up call a few days after purchase to check everything was satisfactory, It was a pleasant experience and I would gladly recommend them to anyone

Taking advantage of my 81 year old mum.
My mum went to Vertu Banbury to enquire about getting her key fixed as the rubber buttons had worn. She told be about the call the next day and that she had been quoted over £500 to replace the whole key. She had proceeded believing it was heronly option. I told her to cancel the order as there are other options. She was unable to speak to anybody the following day as it was a Saturday, and when she called on Monday she was told she had to go into the dealership to talk to them personally. She had to wait until the Tuesday to do so as she was away. On the Tuesday she went to the delaership who said she couldn't cancel the order, and refused to do so, saying it was a custom order and could not be cancelled despite being told the key would be programmed once the car was taken in. My mum is 81 years old, and has really been taken advantage of by this unscrupulous dealer. Do not use Vertu.

After a small early glitch, Vertu Hyundai in Banbury bent over backwards to ensure that we were well looked after in buying our ex-demonstrator Kona. Lewis in particular was immensely helpful and thorough. He guided through all the bells and whistles that our car features and he was very good at listening to what mattered most to us. Since it was his car that we were buying, and he was clearly very sorry to see it go, his customer service was exemplary!

A pleasant and efficient end to end sales process.
Very easy to contact Sales team. Lewis was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles and the options. Quick processes carried out with the minimum of fuss. Having recently purchased my Tucson from Vertu Banbury I would like to express my thanks to Lewis for all of his help in making the purchase transaction seamless. Also, being and older female driver he went out of his way to go through all of the technical finer points in patient detail.
