Magdalena was very helpful, but we had a few niggles, couldn’t get Blulink on the car, as thus was still in use from previous owner, went back to garage was told we needed to wait to hear from Hyundai, but due to persistence in my part, we have now got it. Also no car mats which we were told we would get, 10 days on still waiting, But enjoying the car

I Purchased my Citroen C3 Aircross 1.2 Pure Tech 110 Shine Plus on the 23/06/2025 from Vertu Motors Southwell Road Mansfield via an Excellent salesman called Seanog O'Kane.
Seanog went that extra mile to find me this vehicle he was polite, professional & nothing was too much trouble for him, he stopped at nothing to make sure my wife & I were happy with our purchase.

Service booked online, collection all confirmed, "no show", "no idea"
Booked the service online with collection/drop off (extra £60), have a confirmation saying 08:15 collection, an hour later no collection. Called them and they had no idea of the booking. Don't think it's been Vertu for long, went there under previous ownership and seamless. No space today, no effort to resolve, I live 30 miles away and no effort to understand the logistics involved in arranging to work at site on this day with family etc. Just a "I'll book you in for another day". Don't think so. Won't be going again.
