From the first call to arrange a test drive if what became our new Tucson Dan and Vertu Silverlink was first class. Questions we had a full list everyone answer and to our satisfaction reassured we took the offer away called with more questions felt we had chosen the best dealer and salesperson and went ahead communication excellent systems payment methods first class ease of understanding 100%. Dan the senior salesperson was responsive professional engaging informative and likeable. We now have the car we wanted at the trim level we wanted in the colour we wanted the price well given them a call and then you can decide me I am pleased with the deal I received

I went to Vertu Hyundai Silverlink on a whim as i saw a car advertised online that i liked the look of and wanted to test drive. I was looked after by Geoff, who was very helpful and friendly, explained everything clearly to me and went above and beyond, coming in on his day off to hand the new car over to me. Connor was also very helpful and friendly and talked through finance with me. I feel very satisfied with how the whole experience went and have a lovely new car to enjoy!

From start to finish everything was done with professional curtesy and friendly staff.
No hard sales ..no pushing any particular cars at you , just a lovely experience.
Charlotte was brilliant and kept us well watered with teas and lattes. Took us out on test run and took her time explaining what the buttons were for. It is my 1st time of driving an automatic car and I was worried about that, but Charlotte talked me through it all and I've had my 1st drive and it was great. I would thoroughly recommend Vertu Hyundai to everyone.

From first visiting the showroom Chris Hargreves was welcoming and very helpful. We test drove an Ionic 6 but that proved too large for me but while at the showroom saw a Kona EV which we test drove the following week and that proved ideal for our needs.
Chris again was very helpful and after choosing the colour and ordered the Kona Ultimate EV.
This arrived at the promised time and again Chris made the handover a pleasure.
My husband used Vertu in Leeds when his Jaguar needed servicing and was always happy with them.
We will try Vertu first when it comes to ordering a new car.

I had a great experience with Vertu Motors when buying my Hyundai Kona EV. Charlotte was my main contact and was consistently cheerful, approachable, and helpful throughout. We visited as a family, spent time in the showroom model exploring the car and then enjoyed a relaxed test drive together. Once I’d decided, I compared prices on Autotrader and Charlotte happily worked with me to match the best deal I found. Everyone we met was welcoming and professional. The whole process felt easy and transparent. I’m absolutely delighted with my new car and would happily recommend them to others.

After a pretty disappointing day looking at other dealerships, my father and I came to the Hyundai Silverlink and met Geoff—and it completely turned things around.
We’d originally gone in just to take a look at a specific model, but Geoff immediately took ownership of the situation. He was warm, friendly, and—most importantly—genuinely invested in getting the right outcome, not just making a sale.
He quickly identified an alternative model, which was a better fit for us at the right price, and from that point on kept us fully updated as the car was moved across the country for collection. Everything was handled with a calm, organised approach that made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
By the time we examined the car on the day of collection, we felt completely confident in our decision. Geoff made what could have been a frustrating experience into a genuinely positive one, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him or Hyundai Silverlink.

Dan helped me find the car that was right for me. I have a dog box that no longer fits in most boots. Before the test drive we tried the Tucson and I’m delighted with the pre-reg “new” car. Dan was patient and helpful when I was trying it out.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hyundai Silverlink when purchasing my car, and I feel it’s important to share just how frustrating the process was.
From the beginning, communication was poor and disorganized. I was given inconsistent information about the vehicle, pricing, and timelines, which made what should have been an exciting purchase unnecessarily stressful. Simple questions often went unanswered or were met with vague responses, leaving me constantly having to chase for clarity.
A major part of the issue was dealing with the manager, Anna, who was an absolute headache throughout the entire process. She came across as dismissive and unhelpful, often showing little patience when I raised valid concerns. Instead of resolving issues, she seemed to deflect responsibility or provide unclear explanations, which only added to the confusion. At times, her attitude felt unprofessional, making it difficult to have a straightforward and respectful conversation.
There were also delays that were never properly explained, and I felt that transparency was seriously lacking. Important details were either left out or only addressed when I pushed for answers, which is not what you expect when making such a significant purchase.
Overall, the experience left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. Buying a car should be a smooth and positive experience, but unfortunately, this was far from it. I would strongly recommend others to approach with caution based on my experience.

Had our appointment with Adrian Rainbow on the Saturday and I drove home Tuesday in my lovely Hyundai Tuscan hybrid, how’s that for 1st class service. What a guy, was made to feel comfortable and listened to, none of that pushy salesman, the whole experience was absolutely fab. Would definitely recommend Vertu on the Silverlink to everyone.
