Fantastic Customer Relations from Vertu Mini Teesside
Vertu Mini Teesside have been brilliant with us, throughout the whole process of buying our new mini. I cannot give our Sales Executive, Maddie Smith, enough praise during the sale. Maddie's manner and professionalism was excellent at all times and nothing was to much trouble! Her super customer relations put us at ease and she explained everything to us, step by step. New mini bought and both James & Becky were great - super customer service and both were responsive to our needs and helped sort a few issues we experienced. Think it’s the 3rd or 4th mini we have bought from the dealership and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Another Mini purchased and the service…
Another Mini purchased and the service I received from Maddi at Vertu Teeside was excellent and I received the best P/Ex price for my car I traded in, better than two well known companies who advertise a lot! If you want to buy a car then don't look any further than Vertu, they do sell many brands.

Great Experience
Recently bought a new Mini from Vertu Teesside and cannot recommend them enough. Zain was brilliant throughout the whole process and found us the most perfect Mini. He kept us fully updated throughout and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it.

Really good experience
I had a brilliant experience at Mini Teesside. I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything, or judged when I didn’t want something. The whole experience was very much on my terms. Maddie listened to my needs and tried to find me something that suited them, which she did. All of the other staff I came across at the garage were really nice, and seemed to care about what their customers wanted. She was really helpful with all of my questions as well.

Trading in and buying a new Mini
From stepping into the showroom until leaving it the help and assistance from the staff was second to none, I can only say that I wish other companies could have staff like this.

Such a nice experience
Maddie was a pleasure to deal with, she made the purchase of my new Mini easy as could be. All the information was communicated clearly and she kept me updated throughout the process. I think she was as happy as me for my new car. I will certainly be back for my next car. a level above other garages I have dealt with recently.
