I have my Qashqai with them since 2…
I have my Qashqai with them since 2 weeks now, for an oil leak, and I don't have any updates from them what so ever. Upon calling them (every 2 days), I only get though reception where they mention someone will get back to me ASAP, but its been 2 whole weeks without anyone reaching out about any updates. Simply unprofessional behaviour, I have no choice but to get my vehicle out of there. Never trusting them with my vehicle service. Other customers please beware.
Update 2: 25/03/2026
I recently spoke with a Vertu representative and was surprised to learn that no work has been started on my vehicle, even after three weeks of waiting and multiple follow-ups.
I have now requested that my vehicle be returned to me. I find it difficult to understand how I was asked to bring it in on a specific date, only for it to remain untouched for such an extended period.
Being without my vehicle for this long has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily routine. It has been an extremely frustrating experience, especially given the lack of progress and communication throughout this period.
Regardless of the circumstances, this situation could have been handled far more transparently. It would have been much more reasonable to advise me to bring the vehicle in at a time when the necessary resources were actually available.
Given this experience, I will have to think very carefully before considering handing my vehicle over again in the future.
Another date has been given to me where i can bring in the vehicle so they can fix the oil leak and my engine under cover.

Fantastic customer service from Nicky
Bought a mini from Vertu Port Dundas and the service was fantastic. Nicky put me at ease and answered all my questions and came across as very genuine. Stephen was great too.

We had an excellent experience at Vertu Nissan Glasgow Central. Mathew was outstanding from the first enquiry he quickly shared a video of the car, arranged the test drive. The experience from start to finish From Sam and his Manager Gerry was first class. From walking into the showroom in 27th to picking up car(x trail) on the 30th Sam couldn’t do enough to help. He had a great knowledge and understanding about the car. Nothing was a problem, every question asked was answered thoroughly. If I could I would give Sam a top score of 10/10.
All the other staff in showroom were very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car to visit Vertu Central Glasgow

Like a breath of fresh air!
Having had an unpleasant experience at another branch, buying our new car from Vertu was on another level! Nicky was fantastic in helping us choose the right car for us and explained everything. He was absolutely brilliant & all the staff at the branch went above and beyond to help my partner and I.

We have used Vertu for a while now. We just traded in our Toyota C-HR for a new Nissan Qashqai.
The service was fantastic from Allan from start to finish, considering we never bought the original car we went for and both Gerry and Allan gave us a brilliant deal on our new car. I can very highly recommend Glasgow Nissan Central.

Ive been a customer of Vertu Nissan for over 12 years, back when it was Macklin Motors.
Ive always had great customer service, which makes me return.
Today I experienced a customer experience which was nothing short of exemplary & I wanted to thank Lyndsey Craig from the service/repairs department for being an asset to the branch & company. She showed compassion & understanding towards me whilst maintaining a professional manner at all times.
She listened & proactively solved my issue in an afternoon.
