From start to finish the level of customer service given by Andy in Sales was excellent. The car I had originally seen on the website wasn’t quite what I was looking for. Andy found me an alternative and had it brought to my local branch. The car was of a higher spec but still within my price range. He handled all the paperwork making the part-ex and registration of the new vehicle easy for me. Always on hand to answer any queries and providing good detailed information on the vehicle including short videos. I cannot praise them enough.

Absolute fantastic service from start to finish. Couldn’t be more happy with all the team at Sheffield. All were professional and handled everything I needed.

Very helpful, very easy to do a deal with Richard was very helpful. Make sure you ask for Richard when purchasing a car.

Having initially visited the dealership to enquire about a Qashqai our 1st point of contact, Jack was very knowledeable and put us at ease about any areas of concern we had.
After a later follow up call from Heather highlighting a campaign they had on the Qashqai, we visited to discuss the various offers. During this visit we were impressed by Heather's approach supported by her manager, Jack and quickly decided to commit to an order. The vehicle collection process was handled very professionally by Heather and we have been delighted with our new car.

The whole car buying and finance experience at Vertu Nissan Sheffield was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The salesman Josh and business manager James both go above and beyond to find the perfect car and finance offer and I’m incredibly happy with my sparky new (used) Qashqai. Josh’s knowledge and communication throughout the process was top notch and I couldn’t recommend a trip to see him at Nissan Sheffield more!

We cancelled a recall be because car was getting worse sheffield nissan got us an earlier slot many thanks couldnt get a courtesy car thru motability had to rebook a slot with sheffiled nissan thanks ti staff for looking after us top marks booth/kennedy this is how to look after cystomers folks.

Great experience with Vertu Sheffield from start to finish. Staff were very friendly and especially Richard my sales advisor who sold me my lovely Nissan Juke Tekna was brilliant. No pushy sales tactics, listened to what I required and wanted. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Richard at Vertu Sheffield.

Incompetent cowboys with no sense of running a showroom!
Hi all had a new Nissan for 2 years just got rid of it all I heard for 2 years was we want £140 of you for diagnostic each time the scrap heap had a problem and got charged me 3x for it and no repair !
They were happy to do a service with brake fluid change at 12,000 miles 😊 and charge me £349 .
The car had a terrible knocking noise which rattled the dash from left side told Nissan and the service manager at Sheffield wicker said we will charge you for very blatantly ! Instead of asking me what’s wrong with car he’s the slim English guy service manager cam out in a fighting stance asked me what do want .
And few other incidents will take a day to write ✍️ the Nissans are a load of rubbish rattles rubbish handling noises rattles at 12k miles rubbish gear change poor quality build all road noises come through and the list goes on for ever ! Contacted head office and have been told 4x the Sheffield branch wicker one manager will contact you it’s been 2 weeks and no one has because they know they won’t win how the staff treat people from ethnic minorities discusting behaviour won’t even ask you why you there specially the to lady’s on reception 0 customer services skills and training tbh ! Sat at reception desk for 15 minutes she looked up and looked me in eyes 👀 and said nothing I meaning what do you want I’m reality ! So I said I’ve come to drop car off absolutely disgusting behaviour sanctioned by the managers there as that have done nothing about my which a will persue . Cheap Nissan garbage for £30k to £39 k not worth nothing .

So Nissan sent me a letter recalling my car. A job that would take 1HOUR to do 5 hours of the part was failed.

I booked my car in for 11:30 in the morning arrived at 11:00 half an hour early I didn’t opt for a courtesy car as I wasn’t paying the ridiculous price for something that was supposed to be couple of hours tops. (Wrong you have to pay for a courtesy car when the recall is Nissans fault)

I left the car and went into Sheffield 3hours later id not heard anything weather the car needed the part replacing of not. So I called multiple times all went to answering machine JOKE.

I decided to walk back up to the dealership and ask what was happening how long it would be etc (I drove 45min to this dealership as it was the closest one I live in the Peak District) upon arriving back my car was in the exact same spot I left it not been touched.

3 hours!! And none had even moved the car to the service centre when I questioned the clown she said “if you wanted it done earlier you should have booked a slot” which I did 11:30!!!!!! This women boiled my blood so much I demanded my keys back since the lazy bone idle morons couldn’t even be bothered to honour the time slot I had booked.

Now having to rebook at a different dealership owned the car 6 months and it’s the biggest mistake I’ve made buying a car from a brand that doesn’t give a toss about its customers. Will never step foot in this dealership again AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

A terrible service experience! We had a car service appointment for 1:30 PM, and by 5 PM, my car was still parked in the same spot, with no one informing us of the situation. We then went to inquire. The customer service representative replied that our car keys were still in the key holder, explaining that it might be because 1:30 PM was lunchtime and they left them there for a while. However, she offered no single apology. About 25 minutes later, they told us the service was complete.
