The Staff were amazing
The Staff were amazing , they made everything from viewing the car to test driving the car and working out a deal for myself as been great . They’ve explained everything I needed to know and answered all questions I’ve had so far . lol .

A smooth putchase
i was kept informed throughout and allowed to test drive twice in demonstrator cars before collecting the new car. All the paperwork was efficiently handled and basic information surrounding driving the car provided upon which I can build as I fully familiarise with the car's systems.

Letting the car choose us.
When we started at looking at a new car we decided to set defined requirements (we referred to the process as "letting the car choose us"). Comfort, ease of entry, exit and boot size. We also set a budget. The first viewings we made were aimed at judging these basic factors. We didn't want a sales pitch, just access to the vehicles. Vertu seemed to understand this and left us to it. We were asked a couple of times if we needed help but when we said 'no' the sales people backed off. Eventually we decided to go with Vertu Loughborough and found them to be good listeners and communicative. There was no hard sell and we got exactly what we wanted. A genuinely pleasant experience.

TKS to Ben Clay, and Chris in sales. We have bought our 4th car through Vertu and found them the best car dealership. We have bought in Grantham, Darlington, Mansfield, and Derby. All personnel in sales have been very professional. Outstanding 5 stars for Ben in Loughborough, no pressure, handled al questions, took his time to explain car details in full, assistance in change over from trade in wen t so smooth. Chris sales manager took time to discuss pros and cons of the various models we were looking at. Just a big thanks from my wife and I for the time given to us over the time to make our decision.
