We went to Vertu in Lichfield for a Motability vehicle. Wayne Foster who dealt with it for us was really helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He was a very cheerful chappy and answered all our concerns. We had a test drive at a later date and put our order in. Not once was he pushy or harrassed us, just polite and occasional calls after to update us. Brilliant service, 100%. The other salesmen there also seemed to be very cheerful and helpful on selling vehicles, a nice place in general.

Martin McGann Is Your Man!
This is my 2nd, and a follow up review for a recent purchase of a Vauxhall Corsa. Relatively shortly after the collection of the new vehicle, a couple of minor teething issues raised their head slightly. I like to refer to them as Gremlins in the system. And as you can appreciate, such glitches could occur with say a TV, Home Computer, Mobile Phone, and various other electronics within your home for example. The dealership took this on board, listened to my concerns, and of which all was resolved accordingly. Everything was handled efficiently, swiftly, and with professional communication provided. I would like to stress I highly appreciate their support, and 150% categorically will continue to recommend them as a dealership. Hence the initial review given, in relation to Amy Carnall. But on this occasion, a big shout out needs to go to Martin McGann. Any problems at all? Ask for him. He was one of the nicest guys you could meet, wish for, and to interact with. He was honest, fair, patient, and always exceptionally welcoming on various visits. Its experiences like this that can restore, and keep that faith in any dealership. A true gentleman. To mention also, this is my 3rd purchase with Vertu Vauxhall Lichfield. And I look forward to a 4th.

First car from this dealership
This is the first car I brought from this dealership. I contacted Martin on Friday asking for assistance to find a car. Amy contacted me on Saturday morning to advise she had found me one. I collected the car on Wednesday. From the start Amy has been more than helpful, she has kept me up to date with everything and has found me the perfect car. Overall the whole team I have spoken to have been friendly and any queries I have had have been answered promptly. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
