I recently bought a new Volkswagen Tiguan, and the customer experience provided by Vertu was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Dealing with Vertu VW Huddersfield was an incredibly swift and stress-free process, largely thanks to Jasmine, who was amazing throughout. Her communication was spot on, keeping me updated with timely notifications so I always knew exactly what was happening. Vertu gave me a fantastic price on the car and provided plenty of excellent options so I could tailor the exact specification I needed without any pressure. The collection day at the dealership was a really nice experience; Jasmine took the time to go through the car in detail, explaining all the new features perfectly before I drove away. Happy customer.
The car purchase was straightforward. The car was very well prepared and the test drive went smoothly. There was no pressure from the sales agent Luke. Luke was professional, helpful and informative throughout. I'm happy with the new car although getting to know all its tech will take a while.

Jan was great.
Jan kept me up to date with things and the hand over went very smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble. She sorted out my phone connection and radio stations.

Aqib was brilliant from start to finish. He explained all options clearly, he was not at all pushy and our experience couldn’t have been better.
Personally the whole process of buying our new car here was easy, hassle free and we couldn’t be happier. The main reason for using vertu at Huddersfield was the professionalism and transparency of Aqib. We had been to other car dealerships and this was the only place where we felt we could get exactly what we wanted in both the service and the specification of car. I’m not a car snob so the make of a car doesn’t matter to me, what matters is the experience and the bonus here is I’ve got a brilliant car to match. So happy with our iD3.

We recently bought a car from Volkswagen Huddersfield and absolutely love it — it’s a pleasure to drive and we’re enjoying every minute of it.

Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield: promises everything, fixes nothing, and guarantees maximum stress.
If you love wasting your time and hearing empty promises, this is your dream dealership. My brand new car has been in for repairs over six times in less than two years, and apparently, “fixing it properly” is a foreign concept here.
The service department is clueless, always blaming someone else instead of taking responsibility. The General Manager doesn’t listen and offers zero help he just tries to justify failures. Calling is useless; you have to go in person, and even then, expect empty promises that vanish the moment you leave.
Stressful, frustrating, and completely unprofessional. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this dealership.
UPDATE- Vertu Huddersfield have since made contact & are working towards a resolution, I stand by the comments made regarding the service team which the General manager understands, it's such a shame that it escalated to this point because of one team and service management team who consistently cause issues.
