My experience with Vertu Mansfield was fanstastic. Jonathan provided amazing service, with great contact and information making the whole process smooth and easy, particularly for a first time car buyer. The process was truly made effortless, and couldn’t recommend the service more both when at the garage, and online.

We received friendly, welcoming service on our three visits to Vertu Mansfield. Jamie looked after us so well from enquiry stage to after sales. We can honestly say we have never been so impressed by a young person's enthusiasm & customer care. 100% recommend Mansfield Volkswagen. I found the car exactly that I was looking for.
All the staff who work here are genuine and friendly. I felt at ease straight away and all questions I had were covered exceptionally well. Great sense of humour too which is an added bonus!
I can’t recommend Stephen enough for everything he helped me with, from test driving, showing me around my new car and helping me with my queries. He was so kind, knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet! 10/10 customer service.
Thank you to Naglis too who was a great manager that was very thorough on the sale of my vehicle and helpful too.

Going through process in choosing and…
Going through process in choosing and buying a car can be both exciting and anxious. A lovely sales advisor Rebbeca put me at ease and went above her duty in checking & spotting a minor issue with the car and had it fixed before I came to collect it. Rebecca was informative and dillegent and making sure that I am happy with the car and the type of service package offered.

I placed a £99 reservation deposit on a…
I placed a £99 reservation deposit on a car after being clearly told (both by the salesperson and on the company’s website) that this deposit was fully refundable if I chose not to proceed with the purchase.
After deciding not to go ahead with the car, I requested a refund. It has now been nearly three weeks, and I have still not received my money.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this, including follow-up emails and phone calls to the dealership, but I’ve had no meaningful response or update. Communication from their side has been extremely poor.
I also tried to escalate the issue by requesting to speak with a manager. I was told I would receive a call back, but unsurprisingly, no one ever got in touch.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Advertising a “fully refundable” deposit means nothing if refunds are not processed in a reasonable timeframe and customers are ignored when they try to follow up.
I would advise others to be cautious before placing any deposit with this company.

Brett - prepared to cover the extra mile
All the staff, especially Brett, were helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, nothing too much trouble and of course the car is fantastic. It’s a hundred mile journey from our house, but worth the effort. So much so, we ordered a brand new ID3 over the phone with Brett within a couple hours of getting home, for my wife. Brett worked hard to find the perfect car for both of us.

I’ve just taken delivery of a fabulous new Polo 50 Edition. It’s just amazing all the extras and it drives like a dream. I absolutely love it. The Sales Executive Rebecca is amazing she went the extra mile for me in selling me the car. She helped me every step of the way with all the paperwork & legalities. She sorted out all the paperwork for the transfer of my private number plate. She has the patience of a saint, because at my age you can’t take in everything first time. Pleasant experience
Many years since my last purchase of a car so was very apprehensive. The staff were helpful understanding and patient. Did not make me feel that there was any pressure to buy. Willing to give me time to think about the car and answering any questions even though they were quite basic. Excellent staff.
