The whole team was great to deal with, but particularly Charlie Roberts. Nothing was too much trouble for Charlie and he gave us a lovely experience. Would recommend both Charlie and Volvo.

Had a really positive experience buying…
Had a really positive experience buying our brand new Volvo. Decided to part exchange our previous vehicle which we received a much better price than elsewhere. Customer service was spot on, didn’t feel pressured during the whole process. The staff allowed us to look around on our own and answer any questions we had. The whole process was smooth and all the staff relentlessly chased Volvo directly to allow handover to come as soon as possible.
