We would like to provide context regarding this review.

The customer purchased our lowest-tier VDS package, which includes 2 GB RAM. The VDS was provisioned according to the specifications of the package purchased. There is no RAM ballooning problem on the service and resources are not being randomly removed from the virtual server.

The customer later requested unrestricted outbound Port 25 access. Port 25 is restricted on certain services under our anti-spam, abuse-prevention and IP reputation policies. This is a security policy and is separate from the CPU or RAM resources allocated to the VDS.

We also explained that an entry-level 2 GB RAM package has natural performance limitations. If a customer's application requires higher performance or additional resources, the appropriate solution is to upgrade to a package suitable for that workload. This does not mean that the original package is providing fewer resources than advertised.

The customer subsequently requested a refund. Our refund conditions are stated in our service agreement accepted during purchase. Where the refund conditions are met, 75% of the eligible amount is provided as account credit in accordance with those terms.

We respect criticism and genuine technical feedback. However, disagreement with our security policies, package limitations or contractual refund conditions does not mean that the service is fraudulent or that advertised resources are not being delivered.

This is an extremely serious and completely baseless accusation. Launching cyberattacks and engaging in extortion are severe cybercrimes. As a legally registered, compliant, and ethical infrastructure provider, we absolutely reject this defamation.

We do not tolerate any illegal activities, nor do we ever threaten or attack any server. Our outbound communication and sales history are fully logged, audited, and strictly transparent.

Given the gravity of your claim, we urgently demand that you provide official, verifiable evidence of these alleged offers and attacks (including official system logs, timestamps, and unaltered email/message headers showing our authorized corporate IPs).

Please forward all evidence immediately to our legal and compliance team at [E-Mail].

If you fail to provide legitimate proof to substantiate these criminal allegations, we will immediately initiate the official process with Trustpilot to report this review as malicious defamation.
